Ashley looked around, where could Becky be? Maybe she got sick. She hadn't put a mouthful in her mouth since morning, despite the blond woman's pleas. Her friend didn't find a trace in the church. She went out and saw something that she had never imagined, even in her worst nightmares. Rebecca was walking with handcuffs on her hands. Two men led her to a patrol car that was parked nearby. Ashley ran as soon as she saw them. "There must be a mistake.... This can't be happening?" she thought.
"Stop!" a loud scream. Colby stopped and turned. "What are you doing?" she came up to them, a little breathless from her sprint.
"Miss Quin is under arrest for murder." Colby replied calmly.
"You're kidding, right? Bex won't hurt an ant!"
"I'm sorry, mA'am, but the evidence suggests otherwise." The second man called.
"You..." she asked, puzzled. The man who had nearly pull her down a few days ago was standing in front of her again, and this time the impact was much stronger.
"Joe, take her to the car!" Colby said coldly. His colleague obeyed the order and went along with the red-haired woman who was standing there without saying a word.
"You can't do this, it's Luke's funeral." Ashley tried to argue.
"I'm afraid we can. If you want to help your friend, hire a good lawyer. She'll need it."
"Becky, I'll get you out! Don't worry."
"I'm Ok, it's all right." She looked at her friend after she went to the car and tried to smile. Joe opened the door and helped her sit inside. Colby ran to the driver's seat, went inside, and drive quickly to the station.
Around the corner of the church, Freddie sat and enjoyed his triumph. He thought about his new plan and how to get rid of this witch. His ideas were countless. From the moment they first met at her house, he had been trying to figure out how to remove the quartz amulet ... now it had fallen and left it's owner completely defenseless. There is only one question left: how to get into an Investigative arrest without being noticed...

"Miss Quin, I ask you again! What is your locket doing next to Anetta Larson's body?"
"How many times do I have to tell you, I always walk in this Park. I don't know how it got there!" the interrogation had been going on for half an hour. And what could she say: "I knew where the killer would be, because I got him with my pendulum, since he is a demon!? And by the way, am I a witch?!" with these words, she would have arranged for a long stay in a psychiatric clinic. No one in their right mind would believe her... How will she get out of this situation? All the evidence is against her. And she had no alibi.
"Your car is parked nearby,it's visible from the camera of one of the shops around. There's no point in lying to me, sooner or later the truth will come out. If you cooperate with us, the court can be benevolent to you."
"I didn't kill her!" she screamed. There were tears in her eyes. At that moment, a men dressed in a black suit and carrying a black leather briefcase entered the room.
"Lawyer Manuel Alfonso Andrade Oropeza. You have no right to question my client without my presence! Agent Lopez, leave me alone with my client, please." As soon as they were alone, Andrade sat down in the chair opposite Rebecca and spoke:
"What happened that night, Miss Quin, tell me everything. Every detail matters." He tried to predispose her to trust him.
"I... I was there that night, but I swear I didn't kill her!"
