Kaito POV
I was currently standing outside my house in the back. "So how do we train for me to be able to use 'Dragon Mode'. We only have a few days till the 'Sports Festival' and I want to be ready and surprise everyone." I could tell that Obito was deep in thought. "Well, you see that's the problem. I don't quite remember how because it's been so long since I trained to use it. Maybe just try to use it on your own and if that doesn't work I'll try to figure it out, Ok?" I nodded and then sat down and went into a meditation pose.
"Just try to imagine myself having the qualities of a dragon." I sat there for about twenty minutes and then my threads came out of my arms. "I think it's working!" Suddenly my threads cut my arms open and blood started to flood out of my arms and out into the field. I stitched some threads to stop the bleeding. "Obito what the hell is going on."
Obito laughed. "How the hell could I have forgotten. Remember how I said we have some of our mom's quirk. Well, here it is at play." Out of the blood in the field, I saw a small dragon looking creature form and then try to attack me. "Let me handle this since you won't be able to gain the powers from defeating this." The dragon was absorbed into my body and I fell to the ground.
"Damn that took a lot out of me to absorb." I was trying to catch my breath. "Yeah, that's why it's crucial to accept something beforehand because if you didn't you would probably die from exhaustion alone." I nodded. "Am I supposed to defeat a bigger one than that?" "Yeah but in return, you will gain 'Dragon Mode' and you will be able to use one of our strongest attacks and be able to summon a dragon the same size if not bigger than what you defeat. The backlash is very bad and that's why I didn't use it at the U.S.J. because I would have died since I was already exhausted." I nodded again.
"I don't think it's safe to train in the forest with a dragon that could endanger others." I could tell Obito nodded. "Well, where do you suggest we train?" I thought for a minute. "I think we should talk to the principal and see if we can use one of the gyms so we don't destroy much." Obito nodded again. "I agree. That would be the most logical solution though Aizawa said we wouldn't have any help." I scoffed. "Don't worry, we're just getting a place to train so we don't hurt anyone, he won't be helping just making sure people are safe." Obito laughed. "I like the way you think dumbass. Alright, let's do it." I nodded.
I pulled out my phone and called uncle. After a minute of ringing, he picked up. "Kai, what's going on?" I smiled. "Hey, do you mind giving me the principals number. I won't tell you exactly why but I need to talk to him." After a minute of silence, I got my answer. "I trust you so I will give you his number but it better not be anything dangerous." I sweatdropped "I hope this isn't what he would consider dangerous." "Yeah, I know and it won't be anything dangerous." All Might hung up and then I got a text with the principal's number.
I called the number and immediately someone picked up. "Hello, Izumura what do you need?" Both me and Obito were shocked. "Um, hey principal do you mind if we talk, it's about my training." "I don't see why not. Come to my office at school and we can talk." The principal hung up and I started my way to the school.
Outside Principals Office
I knocked on the door to the office and soon it opened on its own. "Hello? Principal, are you here?" I looked at a big desk and saw a bear, dog, mouse thing sitting in a chair. "Hello Izumura, my name is Nezu and I am the principal of this school. Would you like some tea?" I was very shocked. This animal was the principal of the school, kinda weird but ok. "Hello, Nezu and yes I would like some tea." He motioned for me to sit in a chair and I did.
