Chapter 19: Finals Reunion

Everyone was currently in class 1-A discussing what happened during their internships. "Wow, you actually fought villains!?" Mina excitedly shouted at Jiro. "Well, I didn't actually fight them." Mina pouted. "Still, you're lucky. I didn't get to do anything during mine." Then Tsu talked. "Yeah, mine was pretty uneventful. Oh, one day we did catch some drug smugglers." "Ok, now that's badass." Both Mina and Jiro said in sync. Kaito during this was sitting at his desk and was drifting in and out of sleep. During the night he had to take care of Nozomu because she was having nightmares. Suddenly Iida made everyone take a seat since the class was starting soon. 

After everyone was sitting Todoroki asked Kaito a question. "Hey, Izumura. You've been really quiet today. Did anything happen during your internship?" Suddenly everyone was looking at Kaito and he sweatdropped. "I mean a lot happened. On my second day, I went on patrol and had to take down a guy who was seen with different kids following him." Everyone was now looking at Kiato wanting more info. Kaito sighed and gave in to the pressure. "Turns out the guy was working for an underground human trafficking system that was transporting kids." Everyone looked at Kiato in awe.

"Did anything else happen?" Asked a curious broccoli haired boy. Kaito sweatdropped and that made everyone else curious. "Well~ something else did happen..." Suddenly the door opened and a small girl entered and looked around. Ojiro got up and bent down to the girl. "Hello there. Do you need help?" The little girl looked at Ojiro and shook her head with a bit of fear. "Um, ok. Why are you here then?" The girl looked around again and suddenly she ran and jumped at Kaito.

During her jump, she had a huge smile on her face and shouted. "DADDY!" Kaito caught her and she stood on his lap. "I got lost on my way here. A nice man with bandages helped me get here, he was cool." She was jumping up and down as she talked and Kaito looked at her with a smile. "Did you thank him for helping you?" Nozomu nodded. Suddenly everyone else in the room shouted in sync. "DAD!?" Kaito froze and sweatdropped as he looked at everyone now standing in the room looking at him with shock.

Kaito gave a nervous laugh. "Yeah~. So this is my daughter Nozomu. Nozomu please say hi to my classmates." Nozomu walked to the back of the class. "H-hi, my name is Nozomu Izumura." Suddenly Mineta jumped at Kaito and shook him back and forth. "WHO THE HELL IS THE MOTHER!?" As Kaito was being shaken Mina came over and kicked him away. "Thanks, Mina. I app-" Kaito was cut off by Mina grabbing the collar of his uniform. "Who is the mother?" Kaito sweatdropped, as did everyone else in the class. "She doesn't have one. I adopted her. She was one of the kids that were with the man when I took him down." Mina let go of him and huffed.

"I understand that she is your daughter, but why is she here?" asked Iida. "I can explain that." Said a scruffy voice from the front of the class. Everyone turned and saw Aizawa then they all sat down and Nozomu sat on Kaito's lap. "Nozomu here will be attending class with Izumura until a plan for her to be somewhere is made while he is at school." Everyone in the class nodded.

~Time Skip, a few weeks later~

Everyone in class 1-A was at the Practical Exam Area, Central Plaza. Everyone in the class was in their hero costumes and was facing the teachers. Aizawa was the first to talk. "I assume that you have all gathered information on what this exam may entail." Mina and Kaminari put their hands in the air. "YEAH ROBOTS!" Just then something started to move in Aizawa's scarf. Out popped Nezu. "Not quite." Nezu got down from Aizawa and onto the ground. "Thanks to the more frequent villain attacks, we are changing it so that instead of fighting robots it is focusing on teamwork and fighting people." Aizawa sighed. "With that said, your teams and opponents have already been decided. Yoayorozu and Todoroki, you will be up against me."
