~Few days after Kaito met Eri~

My name is Nozomu Izumura. I'm 7 years old and I live with my daddy and his class. A few months ago I was taken by a bad man. He was the man that killed my first mommy and daddy. The bad man took me and a few other kids to a mall. There was a boy with red hair. I thought that maybe he could help me. I told him what happened to me and he told me he was Crimson Moonlight. He was able to take down the bad man and adopted me. He was still a high-schooler and a hero in training. Now I live a good life, but. Lately daddy has been sad. I don't know why but I'm really worried.

I was on my way to talk to grandpa. He was the number one hero untill recently. I thought that maybe he could help me. I knocked on the staff room door and when it opened I saw Midnight. "Well hello there you little cutie. Did you need something?" I nodded my head and she lead me in. "Do you know where grandpa is?" I looked at her as she pointed farther into the room. "Thanks!" I ran off to grandpa.

I jumped at him with open arms. "Grandpa!" He was startled but still caught me. "Hello there Nozomu." I gave him a big smile and hugged him. "Hi grandpa." I got off him and looked at him. "Can I talk to you? It's really important." He looked over somewhere and then at me and nodded. He took my hand and lead me into an office.

I jumped up on a couch and he sat next to me. "What did you want to talk to me about?" I looked down and let go of my happy appearance. "It's about daddy." I looked at him as he spoke. "Kai? What about him?" Sad. "It's just that daddy's been really sad lately. I don't know if something happened but he's sad all the time." "I'm sure that Kai is fine." Lie. I frowned.

"Why does everyone lie to me. I know that I'm young but I want to know what's going on." He looked at me confused. "What do you mean? I'm not lying to you." Lie. "But you are. You just lied again. Why?" I looked at him with tears. "I just want to know whats going on with my daddy. Why are you lying about it?" He looked at me with shock. "I know when you're lying grandpa. I know and see a lot more than most."

"What do you mean?" I looked down again. "It's my quirk. I can see when people are telling the truth or not. I see peoples emotions. Peoples footprints, sound. I see it all. I didn't want to tell anyone because all the kids at my old school would never play with me since they thought my quirk let me know everything. I didn't have any friends." I felt arms wrap around me. I looked at grandpa and he was hugging me.

"Well you are with people who care deeply for you now. I understand why you kept it a secret and I won't tell anyone if you don't want me to." He let me go and sat back like normal. "Since it really is no use lying to you I guess I'll tell you. Kai went on patrol during his work study and saw some stuff. He wasn't able to do anything about it and has been feeling guilty since. He didn't tell me anymore than that though." True. I smiled a bit.

"Thanks for telling me grandpa. I love you." I gave him a hug and he returned it. "I love you too sweetie." I yawned and started to fall asleep. "Tired?" I nodded. "You can rest for now. I'll take you back to the dorms later." I smiled and laid my head on his lap. "You're the best grandpa." I closed my eyes as he smiled at me. As I fell asleep I had a flashback to when I had a conversation with Obito.

~Flashback~

I was sitting in the old cabin I lived in with daddy. I was in the armchair and reading a book. I looked up and saw daddy walk in. I got up and hugged him. "Hi daddy!" He patted me on the head and smiled. "Sorry kid. I'm in control right now." I looked up and saw his hair was slicked back. "Oh, hi Obito!" I smiled and went back to reading.

"Hey, kid?" I looked up and saw Obito with a serious face. "Are you ok?" He shook his head and sat on the couch. I got up and sat next to him. "What's wrong?" He sighed and patted me on the head. "How about I tell you a secret? You can't tell your dad though." I thought for a second then nodded.

He smiled at me but it was sad. "You know how me and your dad are the same person?" I nodded. "Daddy has a split person something. Right?" He chuckled with a smile. "You can call it that. You see me and him are the same person just from different times." I thought for a second. "I don't understand." He put a hand on his chin and thought.

"Well, I come from a time in the future. I know what's going to happen cause I've already lived through it. I was kinda forced into my past self you could say." I nodded though I didn't really understand completely what he was saying. "So is something going to happen soon?" He nodded. "Don't tell your dad but I'm going to be leaving him soon. I don't have a choice in the matter." "Oh." I looked down and frowned.

"Hey! Don't be sad kid. Well I guess since you know I'm your future dad I should just talk to you normally now." I looked up at him with small tears. "Daddy!" I hugged him and he hugged back. "Come on sweetie. I'll see you in the future. It's just that I'll only be me." I nodded and pulled away. "But, why do you call yourself Obito if you're daddy?"

He flinched when I said that but then relaxed. "Well, I went on a mission where no one could know who I was. I used the name Obito as a cover. When I got stuck in my past selfs mind I just kept the cover." He looked down and was really sad. "Plus. When I was on my mission I met some amazing people. If it wasn't for them I honestly doubt I would have gotten through it." "Was it dangerous?" He looked at me with slight shock.

He smiled and nodded. "Kinda comes with the job. Don't worry though, I'm here. That's proof I lived through it." I smiled and looked down. "Did the mission take long?" There was silence for a few seconds. "Depends on who you ask. If you ask me, then yes it took a long time. If you ask my friends, then honestly I don't know what they'll say." I looked up at him confused. "Didn't you get the mission done?" He nodded. "Yes, I did. But I'm still on my way back to when I came from. I don't know how much time has passed so it may only be a couple of days or months. I don't know. But I promise you will see me again when I leave for my mission." I smiled and hugged him. "And remember this. As long as you have the class and your friends, you will never be alone." I smiled and yawned. "Tired?" I nodded. "Take a rest. Dad will wake you up later." With that I fell asleep, promising to not tell anyone what Obito told me untill he came back from his mission.

~Flashback end~

I yawned and woke up in my bed at the dorms. I looked around and saw daddy asleep in bed. I grabbed my stuffed bear and got out of bed, and walked over to daddy. I saw there were tears in his eyes so I got into his bed and hugged him tightly. I saw him smile and that made me smile. I put my head on the pillow and looked at the ceiling. "Never be alone. I guess future daddy was right." I smiled and hugged him as I closed my eyes. "I really am home."
