Chapter 22: Goodbye, My Friend

Kaito POV

After my conversation with Tomura Shigaraki, I lost conciseness and fell asleep for the next few days. When I woke up I found myself in a corner of the bar. I looked around and saw Bakugou standing without restraints and it seemed like he was trying to get out. I was out of it, I was only barely conscious and was still in shock of what I heard a few days ago. "B-Bakugou?" I saw him turn to me with his normal scowl.

"Are you good Eyepatch?" I tried to stand but couldn't and fell back down. "No. You. Get the hell out of here and find the pros. You better come back for me though." I saw him nod, but before anything happened I heard Shigaraki laughing. I turned and saw that his hand that's normally on his face was gone and on the floor.

"THE HELL IS SO FUNNY!?" I heard Bakugou yell. "We didn't get to finish our chat a few days ago. The unfinished business we brought you here for was so that we could kill you!" My eyes widened. "So that day. If I hadn't killed that villain. I would have died." "Correct! So even if your friend gets out of here you are going to die." I covered my mouth with my hand. I felt like I was going to be sick. "With the strength, I have now, I know that I can't get out of here on my own. Even with Bakugou's help, I will end up dead. DAMMIT!"

Suddenly we all heard a knock at the door. "Hello. I have a pizza." I looked around the room but just then I saw one of the walls get smashed through. I saw Uncle land in. Suddenly more heroes restrained the villains and knocked two of them out. I saw Edge shot open the door letting in the police as the place was surrounded. "Young Bakugou, thank god for your ok. You must have been scared but you stayed strong through it all. Do you know where Kai is?" Bakugou pointed to me and I saw shock fill Uncle's face as he looked down at me.

"Hey Uncle. Sorry I got kidnapped." Uncle knelled down and hugged me and I have out and started to cry a bit. "It's ok Kai. I'm just happy you are ok." I nodded but suddenly I felt something come from my stomach and out my mouth. Before I knew it a greyish black liquid started to pour out of my mouth and I saw the same happening to Bakugou. Suddenly My vision went black and I found myself in a destroyed area. 

I found the strength to stand up as Bakugou appeared next to me. "Hello there Katsuki Bakugou and Kaito Izumura." I slowly looked at where the voice came from and saw a monster. "All for One." "Oh. So you do know who I am." I saw Shigaraki and his goons start to appear. "Are you the reason my family is dead!?" I couldn't see it but I could tell he was smiling. "Yes, I am. They were pests and when I heard them and their family were coming to Japan I took the opportunity to take them out. I thought I would get you along with your pathetic family but you were much stronger than I thought. You went off the grid after that so you can imagine my surprise when I saw you at the sports festival." My eyes widened and filled with rage.

With the strength I didn't know I had I ran at AFO will my right arm turned into a Dragon King claw. "Fool. I brought you here to kill you myself." When I jumped at him I felt something go through my side. I felt some of my bones break as I felt it go clean through me. I looked down and saw AFO's arm through me. I felt my body get thrust away in a gust of wind. As I flew away I saw Bakugou look back at me with wide eyes. I looked to my left and saw something horrifying. I saw Midoriya, Kirishima, Iida, Todoroki, and Yamomo standing next to the building looking at me with horror on their faces. Then I started to fly threw building after building and finally, I landed on the side of one but I had giant cuts and gashes all over my body and was bleeding like crazy.

I started to fall in and out of consciousness. "Idiot. You can't die now. Not here." I slowly looked to my side and saw Obito somewhat see-through standing sideways on the side of the building I was in. "You're pretty high up but if you use reaper mode you can survive the fall if you land on your feet." "W-what the h-hell do you mean." I started to cough up blood and heard Obito sigh. "Activate the second quirk. Blood Regeneration." I felt the blood in my body start to circulate like normal again after a minute. Suddenly I saw Uncle land a few buildings in front of me. "He *cough* is fighting All For One." "Seems like it. So. Are you going to help him?" I gave a slight laugh but felt something move in my lung. "I think one of my broken ribs pierced my lung."
