Quarantine

The world is revolving around its axis. In its own pace making people forget that they are human. Human who are supposed to have humanity. We, human made mistakes right and left. It took us a long time to bring the world where it is today. We celebrated the beauty of life. We grew technology. We officially made our countries wealthy. Unofficially we made the world poor. We brought our world to a poor state where it is open to any climate change and climate disaster because we were so busy concentrating on making the technology reach its peak and we updated the factories, we never worried about the danger we were putting our world and ourselves on.

Our action was the cause for the world to make it reach its disastrous ending. Our actions melted the Everest. We were the cause for the global warming. It didn't put us in a good place. We were helping to make us reach our disastrous ending quicker than we needed.

But it all came to an end.

The world put an end to our untimely disastrous actions.

When the world could not bear the pain, we were giving it, it gave us an ending. An end to all our works. The mother nature is a mother who was used to bear up all the pain its children gave it for many many years. The nature is a cunning loving mother who had to correct our children's mistakes. So, she did not correct us with many warnings or punishments. It took her just a second to put us in our rightful places.

She gave us just a sickness. A virus that led us to forget all our pending work. The jobs we did. Studies we continued. Promises we made. Everything was forgotten. That single virus led us straight into our homes. It made us all stay in our home even though we hated it. For the ones hated spending time at home they didn't have a choice. For people who couldn't spend time with their families under one roof they had to do it anyway. For human who were running behind junk food shops and who had forgotten the taste of the home cooked meals had to appreciate the taste of it once again. For those who were used to roam around the city it was also had come to an end. Even if it was against their will. The world was in quarantine.

But it was not the same situation for everyone.

For people who worked for a monthly salary it was not a much of an issue. But for the poor... their story was different. They might be the ones who earn daily. Their earnings which will last only a day is not something that they could cope up with during this quarantine period. The government of a country could of course help them but it was not the same as eating the food that they brought from the money they've earned. Sometimes maybe if the poor hadn't received any support that was offered by either the government or media, they would've died of hunger. They wouldn't have had three meals to eat and they would've shared the morsel between the many members of the family. Maybe the senior members had slept in hunger while giving their share of the food to their children.

It was actually painful to think that while there are also people who still deliver junk food to their safe abode that there is also the poor who have to fight for every grain of rice they eat. This quarantine had kept us in one place. That's true. But where is the place, in that drama, to those poor guys? They who hadn't received any of their rights, what had become of them? They would be able to save their families from the unworthy hands of the death's who had shrouded a cloak of sickness.

Worry was etched in those poor faces as they were interviewed in front of the television. Their pain was something that all could not understand. Only the people whose hearts beat for injustice and also has a white covered skin on their heart can feel their pain. It was really astonishing to see that only the people who had white cover knew it. So, they helped the poor. Many times, a week. But not all of them were crazy enough to post in online. They will remain heroes to the poor.

Writing about heroes made me realize who the real unsung heroes are of our country are. They will always and forever will remain in every citizen of my country's hearts. Their service to the country had been immense and the risk they take every day by risking their own lives by placing themselves in the front line by protecting us is the greatest among the greats and it is not ashaming to say they we are forever indebted to them.
