Feet locked due to duties
Freedom is long forgotten memories
Paused civil life plays military
Time flies marking many anniversaries
Bitter memories replaced the sweet ones
Training made our exterior harder ones
With memories filled with pain
A new interesting life we gain
Changes in life
acceptance was a must
Hobbies lay forgotten
making minds rust
Fun was a new experience
We had it in a different method
Night time strolls with jungle friends
Shook legs and all our heads
Though life seems harder
I know it is for better
Cause military is a book
Making certain person hooked
When life seems to go down
Chin up comrades
Cause a military never lets down
Though harder is the parades
Memories fade
Civil is forgotten
Military comes first
Reminds duties over the rest
Though it makes life bitter
It is all just for the better
Cause military is a service
That increases families debts
Dedicated to our fallen gallant heroes!
