Ang sakit

"Stop it,"

"What?" he asked in an amused tone.

"I said stop it,"

"Stop what?"

I glared at him. "Stop having that look on your face,"

He chuckled. "Why? Can't I be happy?"

I rolled my eyes.

Kahapon pa siya ganito matapos nung nangyari sa classroom. He picked me up today with such a good mood like yesterday. Now I'm not sure if I want this version of Ridge or if I would want the snob one back.

Nakita kong may inaabot siyang supot sa dashboard. Pagkakuha niya ay inilahad niya sa akin iyon.

"What's this?" takang tanong ko at tinanggap iyon.

"I saw you retweeting about that... I thought you were craving so,"

Napansin kong paper bag ito mula sa isang sikat na bake shop. Sinilip ko ang loob at napaawang ang labi nang makita ang blueberry cheesecake mula roon.

"You what?" hindi pa rin makapaniwalang tanong ko.

He looks puzzled with my reaction. He didn't speak.

I chuckled. "You saw my tweet this morning?"

He slowly nodded, still confused.

"I just retweeted it because I love this," turo ko sa hawak. "It doesn't necessarily mean that I'm craving for it right now," naiiling na sabi ko.

His face slightly fell like he did something wrong so I decided to continue talking.

"But thank you though, I'll enjoy these since they're here already," I smiled widely.

I saw him sighed in relief.

"Basta next time pag may niretweet ako hindi mo naman kailangang bilhin para sakin," dagdag ko pa.

"Why not?" kunot-noong tanong niya pa.

I stared at him with a 'do you really have to ask that' look on my face.

"Okay, okay," he sighed in defeat.

I stuffed myself with the sweets in front of me. It tastes extra delicous more than I remembered it to be. I don't know why. I offered some to him but he politely declined.

Nang makarating sa school ay kinalas ko ang seatbelt ko at bababa na sana.

"Lia," he called me softly.

"Hmm?"

"You have some cheesecake here," turo niya sa may gilid ng labi.

Agad kong dinikit don ang kamay ko para punasan.

"Wala na?" tanong ko.

Imbes na sumagot ay lumapit na lang siya sakin. Seryoso ang mukha niya nang hawakan ang baba ko. Ang isang kamay naman niya ang umabot sa gilid ng labi ko. He gave so much focus in wiping it like he's working on some sort of a mission. The seriousness on his face was astonishing.

"Does it taste good?" bulong niya.

Nagulat ako sa tanong niya. Tapos na pala ata niyang punasan iyon pero nasa ganoong posisyon pa rin kami.
