CHAPTER 4

ITS BEEN three days since I came here. Maraming lugar na din ang binisita ko, of course with Dave. We became friends though. Ayoko namang para lang siyang poste sa isang gilid habang binabantayan ako sa pamamasyal. He seemed awkward at first.

"I don't think it's apporpriate, signorina. I never became that close to the Moretti." nahihiyang sabi niya sakin one time nang sinamahan niya ako sa isang sikat na restaurant.

Umiling ako. "I'm not a Moretti, Dave. Don't worry. And also, you'll be my trusted person in this journey, so yeah." I shrugged as I sipped on the wine. Oh gosh it's delizioso!

Walang nagawa si Dave kundi ang um-oo na lang. Hindi ko naman kasi siya hawak. I mean, its the Moretti who hired him for me.

On my second day, Raven appeared on the door with an apologetic look. He gave me roses and asked me to dine out with him. Of course, in private. We still can't let people see us together until he have his press conference. I forgave him.

I'M CURRENTLY fixing myself. Ngayon ang press conference ni Raven and I can't wait to be with him.

After this event, we can finally be together. Freely. He'll end his contract now. Wala nang magpipigil sa kanyang itago ako or ako sa kanya.

I heard my phone ring as I tied my hear in a mermaid tail braid. I saw Raven's name...

"Hello?"

"R-Ria..."

"I'm almost done here. Why do you sound so nervous?" I softly laughed. "It's okay. You can do it."

"N-no... I..." May sasabihin pa sana siya pero agad ko siyang pinigilan. I know he's excited too. Dahil ako din.

"See you later!" I ended the call and grabbed my red long sleeves, knee length body hugging dress.

Napangiti ako nang makita ang repleksyon ko sa salamin. The dress hugged my figure perfectly. Hindi lingid sa isipan ko ang kurba ng katawan ko. I admire my body so much - thanks to tita Lianilda for helping me achieve this. But... I'm still not going to flaunt it with too much of my skin exposed.

I put a light makeup but with a bloody lipstick to emphasize my cupid bow's lips. Kinuha ko na ang purse ko at lumabas ng kwarto.

Dave smiled at me. I slowly turn three-sixty degrees, making him laugh.

"So what can you say?" Natatawang tanong ko sa kanya.

"Molto bella, signorina." Very nice, miss.

I gave him a cheeky smile. Hindi ko alam kung nagsasabi ba siya ng totoo or what.

"Baka binobola mo lang ako, Davinson." Tatawa-tawa kong sabi habang naglalakad palabas ng apartment. Nakasunod naman sakin si Dave.

"Sto dicendo la verita'." I'm telling the truth.

"Good!"

Dave drive me to the event. Hindi naman malayo ang hotel na paggaganapan ng press conference ni Raven at ng kanyang management. It would be his goodbye time to his showbiz life. 

Nag-park ang sasakyan sa parking lot ng hotel. Nasa VIP lot ang sasakyan. Thanks to Raven. Inalalayan ako ni Dave. I smiled at him and waved my hand. Hindi siya pwede makapasok sa loob dahil ako lang ang may pass. 

"Dito ka muna, Dave. I'll just attend this event." 

"Just call me, signorina." Tinanguan ko siya at naglakad na papasok ng entrance ng hotel. Isa sa mga famous hotel ang La Estrella Royale. Dito madalas ganapin ang iba't-ibang events and occasions ng mga big time personalities.
