The darkness consumed me with voices echoing around me. I'm running and running through a never ending tunnel just like what happened years and years ago.

"Don't leave me, please..." I beg to the woman who stared at me with cold eyes.

She grabbed her luggages and went to the door. I cried and shouted for her name. Afraid that I'll lose her forever.

"Please! Don't!"

Hinabol ko siya. I kneeled on the ground. My tears wet my whole face. I don't care! I don't care if I'm a mess right now. All I care is her not leaving me. Not leaving the house.

"Get your hands off me, Alex. Go to your fucking dad!"

I felt her hands pushed me to the ground. My body fell but I quickly stood up. No! She will not leave me! My mom will never leave me!

"MOM! Please don't do this!"

I chased her down the road. My father was crying in his room. Alrius was just staring at our mom entering a black SUV.

"MOM! Please don't leave me... I'll do anything..." I whispered as the car slowly disappeared in the road. The rain started to pour on me.

I'm hurting, mom. Why do you have to do this? Am I not a good boy? I aced all my exams and school works for you! I even toped the class!

Don't you love us anymore?

The tunnel suddenly changed into a prison cage. People were looking at me with amusement and proud eyes. I saw my father in the crowd clapping for my success.

I tried to punch the metal harness but it only made my fist bleed. I tried to shout but no voice came out of my lips.

Get me out of here!

Get me the fucking out of here!

I tried reaching out to Alrius. He went to me and smiled sadly then he walk away. Disappearing to the crowd of unknown people. My father walked to the cage and saw him holding a key.

I saw him unlocked the cell at the same time put some handcuff on my hands. I stared at him with disbelief. He just look at me with full of authority.

His face turned to his left side. I look at it and saw a beautiful woman approaching us. She smiled at me and stood beside me. My father tapped my back and handcuffed the woman to my hands.

What the fuck?

My father suddenly left me and the woman. The crowd started to disappear and darkness slowly consuming my whole vision. I look at my hand being handcuffed to another person's hand. How did I ended up in here?

I started walking again in the dark. The woman still tugged behind me by the metal that binds our hands together. We walked and walked until I stopped and saw a stage.

I stared at the stage weirdly when the spotlight fixed on a woman with a red dress.

"One million..." My lips automatically said that. Confused by the words, the woman who is Aria, smiled at me and descended the stage.

When there's only a step away between us, I felt my heart twitched when I stare at her brown almond eyes.

"Alex..." she called me.
