BC # 2: Interim Dalliance (COMPLETED)

CHAPTER 13

NAPUNO kaagad ng tao ang buong event's place para sa opening program ng medical mission sa karagating probinsya ng Siargao. Dito itatala ang mga detalye para sa tatlong buwan na pamamalagi nila roon. Marami-rami ang gagawin dahil nais nilang matapos ang malalapit na barangay sa pinaglalagian nila, maging ang mga lugar na nasa liblib na lugar.

Taas-noo siyang pumasok sa bulwagan. She did not bother the other women looking at her because of Adam's presence. She's very used to women's attention especially when they were a thing. They always look at her as if she doesn't deserve any of Adam's attention.

"As you say, your highness," Kibit-balikat niyang sagot bago ituon ang atensyon sa nagsasalita sa harap

"Good morning, everyone," Paunang salita ni Mr. Chua na siyang nag-imbita sa kaniya "I just want to thank everyone for their time to help us with the preparation for the medical mission. Duke Adam Beinlich, for making this possible. Miss Seraina and Daniel Semberova, for the support that they exerted for the past medical mission. And for those businessman who helped us and lend their hands. I would also like to thank the medical staffs from YVVS Hospital and the other volunteers."

The crowd applauded as the old man gave the spotlight to the host in front to give the details and the flow of the medical mission.

"As for the first month, we will roam over Siargao because there is a limited stock of medical supplies. We will still wait for YVVS and other private hospitals for the supplies and experts that we need. There will be a schedule for activities, not just for charity work but for you to enjoy," Masigla nitong inilipat sa susunod na slide ang PowerPoint presentation na naglalaman ng iba't-ibang aktibidad na nakalaan sa kanila "Since, Mr. Seudama is generous enough to handle the other fees and waived some price, we decided to make some team building that you will surely enjoy. Nakatulong ka na, nag-enjoy ka pa di'ba?"

Nagtawanan ang iilan dahil sa patutsada nito. Hindi niya rin napigilan na matawa kapag may nakakatawang banat ito na nakakapagpagaan ng buong programa. Natutuwa siya dahil nag-ayos pa talaga ang mga taong nakaatas para sa gagawin nila buong tatlong buwan. May mga aktibidad kagaya ng bonfire, island hopping, at iba pa.

"Of course. Wala namang mawawala kung sasali ako," Sinulyapan niya ito ngunit agad na umiwas nang mapagtantong tinitigan siya nito "Unless, you're going to stop and order me not to."

"I won't. Life choices is a part of the agreement," Nalulungkot siya kapag kaswal ang tono nito na parang wala silang pinagsamahan pero hindi rin naman niya masisisi ang binata kung bakit ganito ang pakikitungo nito sa kaniya

Who would talk to someone who caused them pain, right?

"Good to know that we both know where to stand," Akmang tatayo siya para pumunta sa banyo nang hawakan nito ang pulsuhan niya "I'll go to the bathroom, Adam. I'll be back."
