Chapter 19

I swim to the other side of the tub leaving Jaden opposite to me.
"Hey come back here" he laughs.
"Nope, we have to maintain distance mister." I say smiling at him. He laughs.
"So now, tell me what happened with Harry" he asks. The smile on my face fades away.
"Do we really have you?" I whine
"Yes, I wanna know what he did" he says in a serous tone.
"Ok, so first we met in Pizza Hut. He had already ordered a pepperoni pizza for us to share and-" he cuts me off
"But you're a vegetarian" I look at him and smile.
"Yeah but I can't expect him to know that it was our first time hanging out. So I didn't eat anything and we talked for a little while but it was a casual conversation nothing weird but when we walked out he held me hand and asked me how the DATE was" I tell him. His eyes grow wide. But all he could say was "What did you do?" He questioned
"Um I left his hand and told him that's it was not a date and that we're here as friends. He winked at me and said 'we'll see about that' and just left" I tell him. I'm glad to get this off my chest. He doesn't say anything he just looks down at the water.
"Jaden stop don't be mad" I start swimming to him. I lift his chin up and force him to look at me. "I turned him down, right?" I say looking into his eyes.
"Yeah you did but i dont know its just weird." He tells me I hold his hands from underneath the water.
"Don't worry" I tell him.
"I'm not. I trust you but it's just annoying." He says.
"Well you should know that that's not going anywhere." I smile at him. We talk for a few more minutes and then I start to get sleepy.
"Jaden I'm sleepy" I say resting my head on his shoulder.
"Ok let's go" he said. We got out of the tub and I was about to fall in again. He held my hand and pulled me into his chest,preventing me from falling in. "I got you" he said putting a hand my back. He took his hand and pulled some loose hair strands and tucked them at the back of my ear.
"Stop" I say lightly pushing him away from me with a smile on my face.
He smiles but doesn't say anything. He holds my hand and leads me to his bedroom. Luckily, Josh and Nessa were out so we had the whole room to ourselves. I go to his wardrobe and steal one of his long hoodies and slip into the bathroom. I come and he's already on the bed on his phone. I go and lay beside him.
"So you're not gonna ask before stealing my hoodies anymore?" He says with a laugh.
"Nope I reply." And close my eyes. He lays down and pulls me into his chest and sniffs my hair.
"Sleep tight princess" he mumbles.
I let out a small hmm and smile.
I fall asleep in his arms
