Chapter 31

Me and Jaden basically spend the whole day watching the office. I look at the time and it's 6:30. I stand up and start walking towards my room. Jaden doesn't question because he know that I have to start getting ready for the party.

I choose to wear a black dress with black wedges. The dress was a little short but I didn't care as I wasn't going to drink. I did my makeup with a dark red lipstick. I choose to leave my curly hair open as I didn't have enough time to straight them. I walk out and grab my phone. "Ok Jaden, lets go." I say, grabbing his attention. His eyes travel from my head to my toes, with his mouth a little open. "Demn girl you look fine" he says butting his lower lip. "No, I don't. I didn't even get time to do my hair." I whine pushing my hair off of my shoulder not being satisfied with it. He walk over to me and places a kiss on my head. "Your hair is beautiful" he says. I get butterflies in my stomach.

We get into his car and drive to the sway house. The ride was mostly quite if you ignore the juice wrld jaden played. I was looking out of the window and I feel Jaden interlocking his fingers with mine. I look at him and he is till focused on driving. He looks at me for a second and carried our hands to his lips and place a kiss on mine. This guy.

We reach the sway and the party was bigger than I expected. There were people making out, people playing beer pong and people dancing everywhere. Jaden places a hand on my waist and leads me to the end of the room. We find every member of the sway standing with Nick. Jaden removes his hand from his waist and pulls nick into a bro hug. "Happy birthday dude" he says and Nick pats his back. "Thanks bro" he says. After a few seconds, Jaden pulls away and holds out a hand for me. I grab it and walk towards him. "Nick, this is Jessica. Jess, this is Nick" he says, placing the hand back on my waist. "Hi, happy birthday" I say and he hugs me. "Oh, thank you. I've heard a lot about you. All true I can see." He says eying my dress. I let out a small laugh. "Dude, she's mine" Jaden says in a funny tone. "Wait, doesn't Harry like her?" He says, the moment I'm about to say something I'm cut off my Nick.

"There he is" he says and pulls Harry into a hug. "Happy birthday man" he says. "Thanks dude" Nick says. "I have someone to introduce you to. This is Katie" he says pointing towards a blonde haired girl. She is wearing a golden dress with white heals. She looks beautiful. "Nice to meet you, Katie" Nick says, pulling her into a friendly hug "This is Jessica" he points towards me. She smiles and I somehow see that it's not a welcoming one. Nick chats with us for a few seconds and then my eyes start to look for Jaden.

"Katie??? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" Jaden's eyes grow wide when he sees her. "Hi Jaden" she smiles, and it's a flirty one. "How do you know her?" I whisper to Jaden. "She's the ex I keep telling you about" he says, still looking at her with socked eyes and not looking at me. WAIT, WHAT???
