A/N sooooooooo....a lot has happened online, huh?

I don't even know what to make of any of it.  I watched the video.  I'm not going to defend Colleen but I'm also not going to destroy her.  Did she make a mistake?  Probably. 

For anyone who doesn't know, some kid named Adam came out and said that Colleen is basically a master manipulator and liar.  It's all on his YouTube channel.

I can say confidently that Colleen should not have sent the underwear because that is a taken-out-of-context lawsuit waiting to happen.  Minor+lingerie from a grown adult woman can never become anything good, even if it was completely innocent.

As for everything else?  Idk.  There are a fair share of inconsistencies in the video.  For one, he says, "I didn't even see these [referring go the bra and underwear]" and "my parents took them away immediately."  Yet, there is a photo floating around on Twitter of him wearing them when he was 13...I'm not saying it's okay that she sent them, and I'm not saying it's okay that people have photos of a 13 year old in lingerie from four years ago (but hey, it's on the internet).  I'm just saying that it's kinda sketchy that what he said in the video simply wasn't true.

Another thing, I do not believe for a second that "all the parties involved" know that he has it.  We have all seen Joshua lose his shit on Colleen on YouTube in videos that are now deleted (they're posted other places) that were very candid (he was wasted).  There is no way in hell he'd let her go knowing that she shared information about their divorce and apparently how awful of a human he was with a 13 year old boy.  Also, I do not even totally believe Colleen would've given it; she was definitely not looking for a lawsuit, and she was the one between the two that would've looked bad.  Her personality is very "I'm fine, everything's fine, we're all fine" when it comes to a lot of things especially when she was going through divorce.

As far as the screenshots of messages about the tweets and the social media intern go, I'm not sure.  I am a naturally suspicious person (with everything, I question *everything*) and this is no different.  I don't like when there are cut up screenshots of messages that could have been easily taken out of context.  We have no real idea of what was said and what the true reactions were.  We don't even know that she stopped responding to him for sure.  I honestly don't know about the Kory talking about him in group chats.  If anyone does, please speak up.

Bottom line, I don't think it's fair to defend nor destroy Colleen if we don't have two sides to a story.  I highly doubt we ever will because she again it's usually "I'm fine.  Everything's fine."  I don't think she'd ever in a million years go to court for defamation of character because, again, she did do some things that could be pulled right out of context and slapped on her record.

I worry that if she makes a statement, she'll just incriminate herself if she doesn't do it 110% correctly.

Also, this is not Adam but rather people on Twitter, you cannot accuse someone of sexual harassment or pedophilia, especially someone in the public eye.  Those types of words come with weighty consequences and belong in a court room.

Colleen obviously needs to set boundaries, having so many minors on her platform.  The reality is, she is 33 years old and could easily be framed in a bad light regarding any interaction with dependents.  Kids are a liability in every situation; cant work, can't volunteer certain places, can't make medical decisions.

I would also just like to say that the Twitter age requirement is 14 and he claims he was on when he was 11...I know thousands of kids lie about their ages all the time for social media, but I'm just saying it's kinda weird.  Like, don't get on Twitter 💁🏼‍♀️

I'm kind of just waiting to see what happens.  Colleen will always have a piece of my heart, for sure, in the absolute best way.  I'm not going to disown her or shame her or whatever. 

For now, I am not going to quit these silly fanfics (even though it may seem like I haven't updated I'm freaking forever).  Clearly, it's already a fantasy world for the most part on account of me losing the time I was ahead in.  2019 felt like such a long time away when I started lol.
