"W- Who the hell are you?" Yamato exclaimed, as him and his partners backed away from the two males, which were now threateningly towering over them.

"My, my... what do we have here?" Laito squatted down to their level. "That wasn't very gentleman-like of you, now was it? How about you apologize with sincerity and maybe we will let you go, deal~?l

Both Laito's and Shu's eyes began to shine in red, which sent shivers down the men's spines.

"I-, I am sorry!" Yamato exclaimed, as him and his buddies ran out of the cafe, leaving the four of them behind.

"Finally." Sua scoffed, her arms folded. "That was annoying. Seriously, didn't he get the hint. It was a one-night-stand..."

"Well aren't you promiscuous?" Laito remarked as Sua shot him a glance.

"I don't see a problem with that." She responded, looking back at Manami. "How is your wrist?"

"It's fine." Manami said, staring down at it blankly. "There is a bruise but that's expecting."

Shu side-glanced at her hand, seeing the purple stain surrounding her wrist. He then looked away to the side.

Manami noticed the people at the cafe, including the waiters, have been staring at them shamelessly.

"I think we should leave now." Manami said, looking at Sua. "I'll pay-"

"Done~!" Laito exclaimed, as he lifted up a check between his two fingers. "Now, we came all the way out here to meet your dear friend, how about you introduce us?"

"Shu~, wake up!" Laito exclaimed, as he came bursting through his older brother's door.

Shu closed his eyes tighter in annoyance, but Laito didn't seem bothered by this, as he stood right before the vampire.

"Let's take a trip!" Laito said, as he watched Shu lift up an eyelid.

"A trip?"

"Yes, a trip!" Laito chuckled. "I overheard something interesting, and I don't think it would be fun to enjoy it all by myself."

"Our dear wife is going to meet her friend!" Laito exclaimed, taking a seat besides Shu.

"Impossible. Reiji wouldn't-"

"Oh but he did, I saw it with my own eyes." Laito replied, playing with the tip of his fedora. "Aren't you interested to find out more about her past?"

Silence.

"Well, I'll be waiting downstairs~!"

Shu didn't understand why he even decided to come, but a side of him wanted to see the type of people Manami involved herself with before meeting him.
Maybe, just maybe, that would explain why she had changed so much from when she was just a little
girl, and why she wasn't terrified of them whatsoever.

"Hmmm?" Laito smiled slyly.

"I guess I should." Manami cleared her throat, before gesturing to the girl beside her. "This is Sua. We have known each other for not that long a time so I don't know what else I can say about her."

Sua moved her blonde locks out of the way, looking boredly to the side. "That's to put it lightly. We have known each other for at least 3 years now."

"And yet you don't know much about each other?" Laito questioned, his eyes watching Sua's face.

To him, looking at Sua was like looking in the mirror. It was irritating to the point of disgust, but it wasn't the girl's fault, it was his. The resemblance was uncanny to the point of a joined dimension to him, and it was starting to become unbearable. But also, in a strange way, enticing.
