Entry 16 (Stephanie)

It's Christmas! Everyone is awake and we're huddled around the tree. Right now we're just talking, but we will start opening the gifts soon.

"Alright, let's get the opening started!" Luke says. He hands the present he bought for Avery to her, which she opens quickly. It's a shirt and some phone cases.

"Aw, thank you so much, Lukey! I love them!" She says. She hugs Luke and kisses his cheek.

"You're welcome."

"I want to give mine to Steph." Izzy says. She hands me a box and I smile as I'm opening it. She got me a pair of Vans, which I thank her for.

The gift giving continues, and not a single person doesn't like what they were given. We're down to the last gifts, which are the ones Calum bought for me. He insisted that I get mine last. So far, the best present I've seen was the All Time Low concert tickets Mike got Luna. He got tackled in a hug and peppered in kisses. She loved it.

"Okay, my gift is upstairs. Let me go get it." Calum runs upstairs and I sit in my spot quietly, yet anxious.

"You're going to love them." Ash says.

"Them?" I ask.

"Yeah, he got you two presents." Luke tells me.

"The one he's getting now, though, it's extremely cute." Michael says.

"Do you guys know what it is?" I ask Ave, Izzy, and Luna.

"Not a clue." Izzy says. She got some pretty nice gifts, too. Some boots from Ashton, perfume from Luna, I got her a pillow.

"We were with him when he bought them." Mike says.

"I helped pick them out. Especially the second one." Ashton says.

"Okay, shut your eyes, Stephanie!" Calum calls from the top of the stairs. I do as he says, and I hear footsteps after Luke tells him that I've done it. After some quiet talking, I'm instructed to open my eyes again. When I do, I see the largest teddy beat you could imagine sitting on the living room floor.

"Oh, my God! Calum, it's so cute!" I say with the biggest smile. I walk over to it, and sit between its legs. It's easily three times larger than Calum. "Thank you so much." Calum leans down and kisses my lips quickly. He joins me at the bear.

"There's one more thing." He takes and box out of his pocket and hands it to me. "Merry Christmas." He smiles. I unwrap it and I see another box, much resembling a jewelry box.

"Cal, what's this?"

"I'm not sure, why don't you open it?" He says with a giddy smile. I open it and there's a beautiful necklace inside. It's in the shape of a heart, with a gold and strip of diamond running through the middle of it.

"Oh, my God, Cal. It's beautiful." I say, honestly very surprised.

"Do you like it?"

"I love it!" He smiles and holds out his hand. Unsure of what to do, I slap it, kind of like a high five, but not really. He laughs and I'm guessing that's not what I was supposed to do.

"No, Steph, hand me the necklace."

"Oh." I give him my gorgeous new necklace, and he takes it and puts it on behind my neck. When it's done, I turn around and place my hand on his face. "I love you." I slowly kiss him then pull apart.

"I love you, too." Calum says.

"Guys, c'mon, I made cinnamon buns!" Ashton suddenly yells and I laugh at how excited he always is. All of us somehow manage to fit at our small table, eating Ashton's cinnamon buns.

Luna stands up, holding up her glass of milk, like someone would with champagne at a wedding. She's so classy. "I would like to make a toast, to us. I love every single one of you. You all make me so happy and grateful to be your friend. This toast is for the wishes of a wonderful next few years. The toast is in celebration of our lovely Stephanie and her amazing recovery. For the couples in the group, and for the ones that everyone knows will someday become a couple. I'm not naming names, Ave and Luke, but there are some in the group," Everyone stifles a laugh, "The toast is for our amazing friendship! I'm grateful to spend my Christmas with you." Luna finishes for toast, and the rest of us stand up with our glasses if milk and we all say 'To us!' as we cheer one another. Then we all sit down once again.

"Hey, what did you mean when you said that everyone knows Luke and I will someday become a couple?" Avery questions.

"It's obvious you and Luke like each other. It's like looking at Steph and Calum and saying that they're the cutest couple to ever be. You can't deny it." Izzy says.

"It's not-" Ave starts to protest again.

"Oh for Pete's sake," (why do people say this?? who the hell is pete???) Luke mumbled before suddenly taking Avery's head and gently spinning it to face him. He kisses her and moments later, pulls apart. Avery is red and very surprised. "Avery, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Yes." She says and the table applauds.

"That happened sooner than I thought it would." Luna says.

"Alright, next one up. Izzy and Ashton." I say and they both blush.

"Damn this cinnamon bun is good. Who made this?" Ashton asks in an attempt to change the topic.

"Ash, if I remember correctly, you did." Michael says.

"Damn, I'm good."

As the day progressed, we just laughed more and more. Many memories were made, and many movies watched. When all eight of us are together, I'm the happiest I could be. Every moment of it, I feel like my stress and worries are removed, replaced with the warmth of my heart and soul, and the love of everyone in the group.

I have the best friends in the world and I couldn't be more happy about it.

A/N: HEY GUYS I HAD A GOOD CHRISTMAS I HOPE YOU DID TOOOOO (if you celebrate Christmas that is)

I got like, three pairs of shoes and they're all HELLA AWESOME

UPDATE! I'm using two presents I got atm. an owl blanket, and an owl pillow that is the most comfortable thing in the world. (I like owls)
