Gowns and regrets

We were sat in the great hall practicing for exams. Fred threw a pice if parchment at Ron. He smiled then threw a piece of parchment at Angi. Then started mouthing the words 'will you go to the ball with me' while acting it out. I smile and nodded at her. 'Yeah.' She said. I sent a paper bird over to victor. "Two can play this game." I whispered to Katey. "Hermione your a girl." Ron said to her "well spotted." She said back "will you go to the ball with me?" He asked her "your such a goof but yes I'll go with you." She said handing in her work and Ron got hit over the head with a book by Snape. I handed my work in and ran up to Hermione. "Hey I was wandering of you'd like to come dress shopping with me Angi and Katey?" I asked her. "Yeah thanks Grace." She said and ran off to the common room. "Hello grace." Draco said from behind me "hi Draco how was your summer?" I asked "it was alright, father asked me if you'd like to come to the cabin in Switzerland In February?" He asked me "I'd love to who elts is going?" I asked him "blaze pansy milcent and myself." He said "I'm in." I smiled back "good this is my stop I'll see you later Grace." He smiled.
"Grace I got your bird." Victor said "I just wanted to let you know that I will go to the ball with you." I said to him and he smiled he hugged me and I hugged back. "Let me do it the proper way." He said and bowed and took my hand and kissed it. "Grace will you do me the honour of accompanying me to the ball?" He asked "yes I will." I smiled.

"Ok let's just pick out the ones we like and try them on." I said

"Ok do you like it?" I asked them as I spin around in my dress. "It's beautiful!" They all said.

"Hermione you look stunning!" I said to her "thanks." She said

"Angi you look amazing." Katey said

"Wow Katey you look gorgeous." I said to her

"Grace let's get into our dresses do our hair and makeup and then take a few pictures." Katey suggested. "Yes!" I said. We got into our dresses and Katey put her hair up into a bun while I let mine down and curled it.

I put on quite a bit of makeup at we walked down stairs to take photos. "Hey Hermione mind taking a few." I asked her. She nodded and took photos. "Thanks Hermione." I said.

"Katey I've left the photos down stairs let me go and get them." I said to her
"You wanted him to ask you didn't you."
George said to me as I went to get the photos. "Yeah I did." I said as I sat next to him "you lol beautiful Gracie." He hugged me "well it's ok because I'm going with someone elts." I smiled "who?" He asked "that's for me to know and you to find out." I said to him "I'm going to bed I'm tired goodnight George." I said to him "night."
"I heard the whole thing!" Katey said excitedly "who are you going with?" She asked "come here no one elts can know ok but I'm going with victor krum." I smile to her "wow." She said "I know." I smiled.

"Hey look at this your little crush who you didn't ask to the ball is going with someone elts." George barged in. "Look at this." He waved a picture in my face "she looks beautiful." I said. "I know she does and you didn't ask her." He said to me. "I really regret but now." I said "yeah anyone would." He said "ok George give it a rest." I snapped "we're supposed to be her best friends, you were supposed to ask her and you aborted the plan why?" He asked. "Because the other night she came into the common room at 2:30am and said victor krum asked her but she said she would think about it." I said "that's who she's going with!!!" George said he was smiling and jumping around. "Good for her wanna know why she said she would think about it it's because she was waiting for you to ask her but you didn't now she's going with victor krum amazing!" He said "night Fred." He said "night George." And I fell asleep
