I walked out of the building, jubilating as I called Leila to let her know I got the job as the PA to Zachary Davis the Billionaire. I couldn't believe it,I can't even stop myself when I heard someone clears their throat,turning to face Mr Arrogant...
"Weston this is Eddie, his my friend,he actually saved my life,I almost got into an accident" Weston opens his eyes in shock when he hears this,I should have told him I guess,now this had to happen today of all days. He looks at Eddie and say "thank you Eddie"without waiting for a reply he pulls me with him,holding my hand tight when we got to a safe distance he said"explain"..I sigh and tell him everything. "You didn't think it was right to tell me about it?"he says with a strained voice,shrinking backwards like a child that's been caught,I try to justify my action "it...it..didn't come up and I thought it wasn't important" he steps closer to me and ask "you said?"in a whisper " Weston look,I'm OK,nothing happened ,don't make it look like a big deal"he chuckles and says "you said its not important now you're trying to justify your fucking actions!" On the verge of exploding I say "why are you making this sound like a big deal,I'm fine !,I'm fine Weston... " he scoffs and says "Weston again...you know I thought this was going to be a nice date but I got it all wrong,first I saw you with that guy that clearly likes you.."I raise my brows at him"likes me?"I ask,getting frustrated I say raising my hands in a confused way "where did that even come from?" I stare at him.."and don't forget that you kept this a secret,you meeting him and the close accident...."he says.
I get angry and say "what's wrong with you Weston! This isn't a big deal ok, so STOP BEING A JERK! He flinch immediately I called him a jerk,then it registered to me what I just said,I cover my mouth with my hand already regretting how I handled this,before I try to say "emmmm..Weston" I stammer "that didn't come out well..."he cuts me off by raising his hand and says "I'll drop you off,let's go" before I could say anything he started walking,I follow behind him,he was speaking to someone on the phone, when we got to the car the driver cones out immediately and hand Weston a set of key and opens the door for me,Weston nods at the driver he close the door while Weston doesn't enters .
Shocked that Wes isn't going with us,the driver starts the car and drives off.I clear my throat and ask " what about him? "Oh he told me to drop you off ma,he will go with the other car" the driver replies. I nod in understanding, knowing his mad at me,sighing I thank the driver. He nods his head and concentrate on driving.
I didn't receive any call or text from Wes, the next day,I haven't taken my eyes off the phone since yesterday because I was waiting for his call or message, but he didn't call,he hasn't called up till now,I really insulted him, it was supposed to be a good date but I ruined it,I sigh..I really miss him even if its just one night I really miss him.
Walking to my office sulking and thinking about him as I walk back to my office,when Zach calls for me,knowing he knows about our little misunderstanding. I knock the door and enter ,he was on a call so he gestures for me to sit, when he was through with the call,he keep his face at me for a few seconds before he greets "good morning Summer". I give him a fake smile,he sighs and say "I went over to Weston's yesterday and he was in a bad mood" still staring, I just nod my head. "You know Summer he doesn't want to loose you,you're the only girl he have ever had to himself,I know his been with a lot of them,his had his on share of women yes,but you're the only one he have cared about you, only you Summer" he explains. I stare at Zach and say " I wasn't doing anything bad..he was being all possessive and annoying like am his property and it pissed me off" not accepting defeat. Zach sigh and say "you may be quiet and shy and all Summer but you do know you're a stubborn one"I stare like he have grown three heads "don't gimme that look Summer, it's the truth, yes he was being possessive because we all are,take for example how you reacted when you saw Carly at his office"he says. Only the sound of her name annoys me I glare at him for that he chuckles and say "exactly you don't want her to take your boyfriend, that how Wes felt when he saw you with another guy"knowing his right I just stay quiet ,so he continues.
"you didn't even start the date,you didn't even know the reason he wanted that date because you saw fault in Wes behavior even if he is cocky,he still meant well". I stop him there raising my hand and repeat what he said "you just said I didn't know the reason for the date...." I opens his eyes in shock and mutters "shit"to himself I still get it anyways before he says something that shocks me completely" His at the airport now his traveling on a business trip and he doesn't know when he will be back,with his business associate Carly Joseph." My eyes opened wide "what?" I say in shock
