Hiccup's POV:
--------------------

"Astrid please you can't go after the Flightmare." I tried to stop her as me and Toothless approached Stormfly.

"You heard Johann. I'm clearing my family name once and for all. And this time, everyone's gonna see it!" She yelled back as she continued to fly. I flew up beside her.

"How would Johann know, not to mention the Flightmare doesn't come to Berk anymore." I explained. She didn't respond. "Astrid come on. The Flightmare isn't coming to get you."

"Keep telling yourself that Haddock." She mumbled back.

"Why would the Flightmare want you?" I tried to reason with her.

"How am I supposed to know?" She replied with as much sass as she could put in her voice. I grumbled under my breath.

"Astrid, where are you even going?!" I yelled as I noticed we entered a cloud of fog.

"Out of this cloud!" She answered as Stormfly dove. I dove after them not able to see anything but the blue dot of the Nadder far below. I caught up as we continued to head down. Toothless let out a blast as the sound of the plasma bounced back. I realised we were about to hit something.

"ASTRID LOOK OUT!" I yelled but it was to late. A large rock came into a sudden view out of the fog and Stormfly stopped dead as me and Toothless crashed into them. We went tumbling down, all tangled together.

We hit something as I saw Astrid fly over me and land on the ground next to us. I unhooked my leg from the saddle as I fell off Toothless head first and hit the ground below. Both dragons untangled themselves and shook their heads getting the dizzy feeling away. I rubbed my head as I sat up.

"Ugh, what happened." Astrid groaned as she sat up too.

"We nearly hit this island thanks to you!" I complained.

"Don't yell at me!" She yelled back.

"Your the one who wouldn't come back to Berk!" I stood up so I had the hight advantage. Well this is like the first fight.

"You can't tell me what to do!"

"Ugh, the Flightmare isn't coming!"

"Yes, it is! And even if it's not I'm still clearing my name!" She stood up and looked me in the eyes, we frowned at each other.

"Why can't you just let this go?! Your name is cleared!"

"My name is not cleared, the town didn't believe us!"

"At least I tried to explain to them what happened that night!" I argued.

"Oh yeah, because mist paralysed fin Hofferson!" She imitated my words from years ago.

"Like you could have explained better!"

"And this is why I don't talk! I fight! I get things done unlike you men who only do things eighty percent!"

"Ah, why can't you just listen to me?" I muttered.

"I have been listening to you! Not that I can concentrate with you throwing your arms around!" She threw her arms around while speaking trying to copy what she thought I was doing.

"What are you doing with my arms? And I don't sound like that!" I crossed my arms.

"Well maybe you should sound like that, then maybe people would believe that we defeated the Flightmare after your amazing speech." She got in my face.

"You just can't let this go can you?!"

"No, you can't let it go! Your always telling me what to do!" She yelled back.

"I tell you because I'm trying to keep you safe! You never listen!" I took a step forward as she took a step back to keep a slight distance. I noticed the dragons out of the corner of my eye just sitting and watching us argue.

"Keep me safe? And you call this keeping me safe?!"

"Who was the one who warned you about the bolder you were about to hit? Or who was the one who gave you and Stormfly a soft landing?" I pointed to Toothless and then back to me.

"Ugh, who said you had to worry?!" She yelled back.

"Me! I'm your boyfriend it's my job to worry! It's my job to keep you safe." I sighed as I sat on the rock next to me. The fog around us slowly began to clear away. Astrid knelt down in front of me. She lifted my head from looking at the ground and hugged me.

"I know." She sighed as I wrapped my arms around her. I looked over to Toothless and Stormfly who gave me a confused look. Well, Stormfly's was confused, Toothless on the other hand gave me a look that just said, seriously? Suddenly the ground we were on shook a bit. Astrid pulled away as we looked down.

"What was that?" I asked. We both tried not to move as we stood with our arms out trying to balance if it was to shake again. I looked around where I noticed we stood awfully close to the edge of a cliff. How tall this cliff was I didn't know. Suddenly the ground shook again where the land below us broke away.

"AHHHH!" Astrid screamed as we both slid down a dirt slop to whatever lay below the fog. Suddenly Toothless hit us where he wrapped his wings around us and held us between his two front legs. I held Astrid in my arms as all we saw was black from Toothless's wings. There were a couple of bumps and I think we hit a few bushes.

"Uph. Ow, ah!" I complained every time we hit something. Finally we stoped where Toothless slowly unwrapped his wings and let us out. Stormfly landed softly beside us. Lucky dragon...

"Ugh." Astrid stood up while I continued laying on Toothless looking at the fog disappearing above where we were a few seconds ago.

"You know, sometimes, I really wish Toothless..." I was cut off from my groan.

"You really have to see this." She said softly. I rolled my eyes as I sat up and Toothless rolled to stand. I stood up and walked over to her.

"What?" I asked as she put her hand on the top of my head and turned it without looking at me. My arms dropped to my sides as I looked ahead.
