"Are you okay?"
"I'm about to get married. Yes, I'm ecstatic." Sarcasm!
"I know someone who isn't by the way." Trent who was one of the groomsmen chuckled next to me and I rolled my eyes at the fact he didn't get my sarcastic side. Either way I saw his point. For some reason, which I knew of, Tara shot me glares from where she sat amongst the guests.
"Women... So gullible." I rolled my eyes. "I can't wait to get done with this. So freaking hot right now." I said as I loosened my tie.
"While we're on the topic of the women in your life. Why don't we skip to what you were doing last night when you ignored our usual meeting."
Last night, I bailed my team because Curtis... Damn.
The wedding procession began with Mr. Rollins walking Curtis down the isle; towards me. Though her face was now covered with a veil, I saw the bright smile on her face.
"Here, comes your bride." Trent whispered and I tensed.
Mr. Rollins handed Curtis over to me and her intertwined her arm in mine as I led us towards the priest.
The priest began, "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to join..."
"I'm so nervous." Curtis whispered, distracting me from the wordings of the priest.
I sighed. So much was going on in my head. I thought about my mission, about her, especially about last night... Suddenly it felt hotter and I had the sudden urge to jump out of my clothes and run around naked. I wear tuxedo's. I've been to weddings before. But the way I was sweating right now was beyond my explanation, not even the dirty look Curtis gave me was helping. Why was I feeling like this? Was this guilt?
She nudged me by the rib. 'ow', out of my thoughts. "I wonder what you're thinking about now."
"I'm busy thinking of the positions I'll have you in when I take you to my bed tonight."
I saw her shiver. "Just a few more hours, Babe, and your wishes will become a reality."
Call me a stupid liar.
"Shawn Lannister. Do you take Curtis Rollins to be..."
"I do."
"Curtis Rollins. Do you..."
"I do." She grinned, and the priest gave us a strict look.
"The rings will now be exchanged."
The rings were brought by two little kids and we both wore the other.
"With the power vested in me, I now pronounce you, man and wife. You may kiss the bride."
I rolled her veil up, slowly. The curve on her lips seemed to lessen my tension a bit. Every time. I pulled her firmly by the waist and she yelped, before her arms went around my shoulder and we both pulled in for a smouldering kiss that sent the crowd whooping.
"I love you." She beamed before locking our lips once more.

Curtis and I entered the reception some minutes ago introduced as a couple. The room was filled with guests, mostly Curtis's guests based on the fact I just had few people in my life, one or two. How she was able to plan a wedding in two weeks was shocking. Everything looked magnificent and quite expensive, even without my assistance. I watched how she flexed through the crowd, welcoming and greeting her guests. Some gave her gifts, others, pleasantries, while I just sat by the bar with a bottle of liquor.
