The main character is a famous music artist who raps and sings. She moved to New Jersey because of family issues. Her mom was very toxic and the new addition of her moms boyfriend was making it worse. Her mother was brain washed by her boyfriend and did what was best for him and not her kids. Her mom was also pregnant on her 8th child which didn't make things better. She had 4 brothers and 2 sisters. The relationship she had with her mom wasn't good for her siblings because every time her and her mom argued she would take it out on her siblings. She would also get into arguments with her moms boyfriend and those would be a 100 times worse because when Brianna gets mad she goes off and doesn't let anything back. So she had to get out of that situation and move from Dallas, Texas to New Jersey. She believed that this was what was best for her and her siblings who she loved with all her heart.
