A couple of days went by after the incident, and Yunho or Ms. Moon hadn't shown up to school. Seonghwa and Hongjoong were worried as they had only given in the evidence and left after answering a few questions to the police. Since they weren't exactly involved, except for Hongjoong, who has to await a phone call to do his testimony against the teacher, and his parents finding out about it, they were released early. Since Yunho wasn't in school, Mingi had no one to stick around to, so he started to follow Seonghwa and Hongjoong around.

The two older boys didn't mind as he kept quiet most of the time by keeping himself busy by sleeping or pulling out that brick phone, which makes Hongjoong irritated because how do you keep such a heavy thing in your pocket! Aya seems pleased to have another friend by their side since she did miss Wooyoung. She would start up conversations with the tall brunette and only receive little head nods or muttered words, but that made her happy enough.

Hongjoong and Seonghwa had asked if Mingi knew anything about Yunho's current state with the whole Ms. Moon issue, but the brunette simply shook his head, scratching at the old book cover he held and mutters that Yunho's step-brother wasn't at school, either. Rumors spread about Yunho, whispering that he swapped schools or moved cities.

Some even went as far as to say that Ms. Moon went berserk and murdered his entire family, which frightened the tall brunette as he didn't know how his only friend was doing. Though Seonghwa and Hongjoong were always by Mingi's side to reinsure him and tell him that Yunho will come to school, and not have to worry about Ms. Moon and could finally live his life like a normal teenager.

That seemed to calm Mingi as he would nod his head and pressed the tips of his toes together as he sat, resembling a shy child. During those last few days, Mingi seemed to have this attachment to Seonghwa, always hovering behind him with his large body as the others walked in front of him, or simply taking the first seat beside the black-haired male and just... sat there. Quietly, not bothering anyone, as if he was comforted by Seonghwa's presence. And if Seonghwa wasn't there and it was only Hongjoong and Aya, the brunette would grow sad and sulk beside Hongjoong, fidgeting with his fingers until Seonghwa came.

Hongjoong asked Mingi why he was so attached to the older, claiming that it wasn't a bad thing as the brunette sputtered over his apologies and looked like he was about to cry. Seonghwa chuckles, "I'm sure he only likes to be around me because it's a nice comfort until Yunho comes back, right?"

However, Mingi shook his head, a bashful blush on his face as he pressed his fingers together nervously. "It's because you remind me of my mom."
