"Bucky and Natasha got a piece of HYDRA's plans, and luckily, a big one," Cap started, pulling up a picture of the plan on the screen. Only a couple of people could read it, due to the messy Russian handwriting.

"Basically," Natasha said, translating to the people in the room, "They're planning on doing the same thing Ultron did. By putting some of the serum into the center of the ground in New York, it becomes highly unstable. In a matter of hours, the serum could blow up unless we get it out of there."

"Guys, I can literally fly into the HYDRA base and destroy the serum with my powers," Carol offered, holding up her glowing hands like it was obvious.

You shook your head, hopping off the table you were sitting on. "Your powers would do nothing. If anything, you could blow up the entire planet, if not the entire Milky Way."

Everyone gave you a questioning look, even the smartest people in the room.

"Look," you said. "I've had the most experience with the serum. Nobody's powers can protect them from the battle that is coming. Carol, do your special hand thing."

Carol lit up her hands, looking at you like you were crazy as you put your arm right in the middle of the flame. A tingly, hot sensation crept up your arm, but it didn't burn or harm you in any way.

"They could shoot you down with one of their special bullets," you said, taking your hand out of her little power ball. "Dr. Strange, make a shield."

Dr. Strange conjured a yellow disk in the air, floating in the center of the room. You punched it, and though the impact caused you to fly back, the shield disintegrated.

"We can't rely on our powers to win this battle. We have to rely on our training, our skills, and each other. Yes, we might have special abilities that will help us, but we can't rely on them the entire time. We need to use our training. One hit from their guns and you might not make it. We have to be smart and get that core out of the sky."

Everyone sat there stunned. "Cap, can you give a better speech than that?" Rocket asked, and Scott shrugged, not knowing the answer.

"(Y/N)'s right. Today, we need to spend our time training together as a team. We need to know each other's strengths and weaknesses. Tomorrow, I'll announce the plan. Then, we fight. As a team," Steve announced.

"Aye, aye, Capsicle," Tony agreed. "Why is no one moving? Everyone to the gym! I have an epic training program. In 4D," Tony added.

~~~~~~~~~~
"Is everybody ready?" Cap asked as people took simulator guns off the shelf.
"Remember: use powers for offense - using them for defense won't help you much in the real deal," you reminded everyone.
"Alright," Tony said. "JARVIS, set for hardest level possible."
"What's attacking us this time?" you asked Tony.
"It's basically every hard battle we've ever had put together. And you might want to watch out - your powers can't protect you from these things, considering that the simulation bullets aren't metal," he whispered.
You nodded, thankful for the information. You'd just have to rely on your fighting abilities and your instincts to get you through this one.
"These are the aliens I attacked New York with," Loki commented, grinning as holographic aliens popped up around the room. You sent him a look, which quickly wiped his mischievous smile off of his face.
When Tony meant every hard battle, he wasn't kidding. Holographic robots and HYDRA agents popped up. A holographic Hela, which Loki and Thor fought, and a holographic Thanos and Ronan, which the Guardians fought, popped up also. Plus Darren Cross, the Vulture, and tons of other villains (to be honest there are so many so I was too lazy to put them all)
"Every man for himself!" Drax yelled.
"No, you idiot!" Gamora yelled. "That's the exact opposite  of what we're supposed to be doing."
"What, exactly, are we supposed to be doing?" both Peter Parker and Peter Quill asked at once.
You smacked your forehead. How were you supposed to take down all of HYDRA like this?
"We work together as a team and watch everybody's back," Carol reminded everyone.
"Finally someone gets it," you mumbled.
"Simulation beginning," JARVIS announced.
"Is it too late to use the bathroom?" Scott asked.
"YES!" everyone responded.
"Alright, make this battle quick then, because I got to go."
Some people, no, most people, were beginning to lose their patience.
But people snapped back into focus when all the holographic villains began moving.
"Is it too late for a plan?" Clint asked.
It seemed that way, as people were already shooting their simulation guns, or for Clint, his simulation bow. People were also using some of their powers or technology.
Steve seemed to have a different idea. "Guardians, you take the North end; Nat, Sam, Bucky, and I will take the Eastside; Pepper, T'challa, Clint, Thor, Loki, and Wanda take the Westside; Tony, (Y/N), Shuri, Scott, Hope, and Peter take the South end. Everyone I didn't call, stay in the center, taking down the ones that get past us."
"Seriously?" Tony protested. "I have the least experienced team AND I have to babysit?"
"You don't have to babysit us!" Scott reminded Tony.
"That's because I'll be watching Scott," Hope said. "Just watch those three, though I'm sure they can handle themselves."
Scott gaped at Hope, but Hope just grinned as she took his hand and shrunk as they flew to the opposite end of the field.
"Why --" Tony was about to complain, but all the other groups were already gone.
"Race you!" Shuri yelled, causing Peter to swing from each 'building' at lightning speed. Shuri upgraded her gear, so she flipped a switch on some sort of rocket boot and chased after him.
"Looks like you're going to need a lift," Stark stated, getting ready to lend you a lift.
You put your hand up to stop him. As much as you would like an easy lift, you knew that during the actual battle, he wasn't always going to be right by your side to help you out.
"Thanks, but I should work on my cardio," you said, starting to sprint.
You shot a holographic HYDRA agent that was creeping up on Tony, and Tony used his handgun to shoot an alien that was a safe distance behind you but could have gotten you eventually.
"Don't you have a special super-soldier serum so you'll be good at it anyway?" Tony asked, firing up his flying setting on his suit.
You shrugged. "No harm in doing it anyway."
"Fine by me," Tony replied, zooming off in his suit.
Though you guys weren't great at it yet, you were beginning to act like a team. You were all getting there.
