Ricky POV
I can't wait for practice. We are at lunch right now and I see Nini, she doesn't have anywehere to sit. So I invite her over.
"Yo Nini." She looks at me and I wave her over. She comes over and looks confused. "EJ, scoot over. Let Nini sit down." He gives me a look that says, Seriously, but he moves anyway. She sits down next to me and I put my arm around her while she blushes.
"Thank you." She whispers to me so no one else can hear it.
"No problem." We just sit there until the cafeteria door opens. When we see it's the new basketball coach Nini moves my arm off of her. "What's up Nins?"
"That's my dad. He can't see me with your arm around me. He's very protective." I nodded understanding what she was saying.
"That won't stop you from going on a date with me this weekend will it?" She blushed. "Aww blushing already?" She blushed even more.
"Yeah, I will go on a date with you this weekend. I'll just say I made a friend and I'm going to her house."
"Hey Gina, this is Nini. Nini, this is Gina. You guys should be friends."
"Hi Nini, as you know I'm Gina. Are you new here?"
"Yeah I am. You seem nice want to hangout after school tomorrow? Today I have to wait for my dad after school."
"Sure, sounds fun."
"There now you have a new friend who can cover for you this weekend." Ricky smiled at me.
Nini POV
I looked around seeing if my dad was in the room. He wasn't, so I scooted closer to Ricky. Ricky noticed and he pulled me closer to him. He put his arm around my shoulder and I put my head on his chest.
With his other hand he interlocked our fingers. I knew this was wrong because I would be disobeying my dad, but I loved it anyway.
Flashback
"Okay Nini, you are not allowed to date any boys at all. Not while I'm working there." He told me while we were driving to school.
"But dad I'm old enou-"
"No, I made my decision. You can't date any boys at that school whil;e I work there. Okay?"
"Okay." I had a little bit of sass in my voice but he didn't notice.
We arrived at school.
End of Flaskback
"If my dad finds out about any of this, I am gonna be in so much trouble."
"That's the fun part princess." I loved the name he gave me, he makes me feel so special.
