Leilani's POV: 2 years later

"Babyyyyyy."I said rolling on top of Oscar.

"Yesssss."He said rubbing his hands on my back.

I just kept smiling at him.

"What?"He laughed at me.

I kissed him, "How did I get so lucky?"

"No, baby. How did I get so lucky?"He said rolling us over so he was on top.

"Yeah, I don't know."I said jokingly.

We stared at each other for a minute.

"I love you so much."We said at the same time.

"I'm nervous, I haven't met any of your family that doesn't live in Freeridge."I whined.

"Bebita (Babygirl) they'll love you. I promise."He reassured me.

"I just-"He cut me off.

"Were here. So stop being nervous you have nothing to be scared of."He said stepping out of the car.

I took a deep breath and followed Oscar to the backyard.

The minute I passed the fence gate, my stomach turned and the hairs on the back of my neck stood up.

Time Skip 3 Hours Later

I was still uncomfortable, and I knew Oscar could tell. But I was putting on a smile for him. Today was about him, not me.

I needed some air, the feeling was making feel like I was going to throw up.

"Hey guapo (handsome), I'm gonna get some air."I said kissing his cheek.

"You want me to come with you?"He asked taking my hand.

"No, I just need some air. I'll just be out front for a few minutes."I said.

"Okay bebe (Baby)."He gave me a kiss, I knew he did that because he knew I was just uncomfortable.

I was on the side walk sitting on the curb, taking in deep breaths and letting them out.

I got the chills, why was I being such a little bitch?

God damn Leilani. Calm the fuck down. I thought to myself.

I finally stood up after about 5 minutes to head back inside when I saw him standing there.

My ex.

"What's good?"He said stepping towards me.

"Nothing, now leave me alone Jesse."I said walking away but he grabbed my arm firmly.
