The next few days Harvey exchanges letters with Severus, ate dinners with Remus, spend his after mornings with the paintings learning and relaxed a few hours after lunch. Today on 12 April he had a meeting with hopefully his lawyer. Clad in formal robes he asked Dobby for transporting him next to the lawyers office.
Standing before it it was a small but neat building with the sign "William law" going in he greeted the secretary and told her about his appointment only a few minutes later he was invited to go in. The office was in lighter colors with very few decorations but very elegant looking. Behind the desk stood a tall man with dirty blond hair, bluish eyes and a handsome face. He had an aura about him that's not often seen. "Well met Lord Potter-Black. I'm pleased to meet you, please sit. Tea?" Harvey took his seat slowly answering "well met lawyer Williams. It's nice to meet you as well, yes tea would be lovely."
Placing tea before the boy Williams observed his new client, he was short for his age, didn't look any bit as the books described, he didn't wear glasses, his eyes were very unique they drown you in, he had black long hair and a very beautiful face but his aura was something you noticed immediately and something a 10 year old shouldn't have. "Now Lord Potter-Black, I'm honestly surprised at you request and even more surprise that Griphook recommended me, he does that only in unique cases. What can I do for you?" Harvey looked for a moment in his eyes and found he liked that look.
"Please call me Harvey. I'm sure it was surprising to receive a letter for me. I have many issue I think you Mr.Williams could help me with and enjoy. First I wish to do something about these books that were printed about me, not only have they my name and looks wrong the use my last name without my permission. They should stop printing them, should be in the fantasy section and i should receive some percentage from publishing it." Mr. Williams took notes as Harvey spoke nodding his head he responded "this would be very easy, since they used you last name without you contest they will have to agree to our condition our meet us in court. What else?"
Harvey was already very happy with that he really hated these books but he concentrated on continuing "secondly I wish to bring charges to my relatives which I lived until recently. A few weeks ago I overheard my relatives talking about my mother and Hogwarts, before that I didn't know magic existed. I decided to find my way here after finding old letters of my mother to my aunt and never come back to them. Since I was left in they doorstep they abused me mentally, emotionally and physically, starved me and treated me as they personal House-elf. I have goblins healers diagnosis as well as the transaction that they were paid. But I want to do it when I'm at school and if possible without the headmaster finding it" now it was Williams time to be speechless, a magical child not to mention the boy-who-lived abuses my muggles. Calming down he responded
"we can change the papers to look like muggle and do the case in they world, so the Headmaster wouldn't even notice. We would need some papers of a guardian for you and if we do the case when you are in the boarding school there is a small chance that you would have to be present." Taking some more notes and making copies of the healers test he looked up as it seems Harvey was thinking something over "would it be possible to say I somehow found my second godfather and he took care of me since I really did found him and he took the role of my magical guardian?" Now Williams was smiling since it was just the think they needed he nodded and asked who it is the answer shocked him even more since he was in Hogwarts at the same time as the Marauders. "Severus Snape is my second godfather and the first one which is also a case for you is Sirius Black, who never received a trail and in my parents Will, here a copie, is stated that he wasn't the secret keeper and even better the binder was Dumbledore, so he knew about it."
Williams needed a minute to read it and analyze the situation and came to the conclusion that this will give him a very good reputation and he can make a hole in the Headmasters image. " I will look and prepare for all these cases and contact you with questions or progress. I will send out contract to the goblins where you can sign it, also I recommend for you to have someone as proxy for the seats you have it, it would be good if you had different persons for different seats. For the Black seats I recommend to have a talk with Andromeda Tonks neè Black." Standing up he smiled at his new client and wished him a good day. Harvey nodded and bit his new lawyer goodbye, then going for some shopping into Diagon.
