The next day Harvey was standing in the hall where Severus would be appearing in just a few minutes. He was nervous about this meeting because he didn't know how it will end, he wanted to tell Severus the truth but he knew he will be needing proof so he prepared memories to show. It will be just the two of them since Remus wanted to spend some time reconnecting with his wolf. Finally Harvey looked up and in the middle stood a disoriented Severus in his signature black ropes but looking far better then Harvey remembered. Severus looked around after the disorientated feeling left him and noticed a elegant but homey hall and in front of him a young boy observing him. He noticed his godson small statures even though both his pattens were tall, the striking eyes so Lily's and yet different. It seems the Potter genes had mercy on him and he didn't inherit the bird nest. Finally deciding to end the awkward silence.
" Hello Harvey, I'm happy to finally meet you" Harvey shook himself from observing the very much alive potion Master and invited him to his patio for some tea.
Seating comfortable with some earl gray Harvey decided to start. "I'm happy we could meet and I hope I didn't destroy any of you plans for this meeting. I have much to tell you but I think you will be skeptical about my story but I do have proof it it but please listen to me first and ask all you question later, alright?"
Severus saw how serious looking his godson was so he just nodded and prepared himself for what was to come. The next hour Harvey told him about his childhood, school years and the war as well as the aftermath of it. He hoped to tell it without much emotions but wasn't very successful. " and so I ended up with the mentality of an 18 year all with emotional issue and a lot to achieve and change" looking at his second godfather he saw his mask has slipped because he could read his emotions which were shock but also rage and was that pride?
Severus needed a few minutes to calm himself and analyze everything he was being told.
"If you have these memories I would like to see them later but I believe you, nobody can tell such an unbelievable tale with that much emotions. Regardless I would like to be an adult in you life you can trust and still form a bond with you. I suspect even with you mentality in some cases you will still behave not for that age. Also since I'm officially you godfather with your consent I would like to be your magical guardian, it will be easier for you to have one even with your emancipation. What do you think" looking over he saw his godson was quite shock but also happy. Harvey was in fact shocked but also he had this warm feeling that his godfather believed him. " I have no problems with that, you begin my magical guardian means nobody can tell me I don't have an adult supervision. Also Dumbledore would think he can still manipulate and control me trough you. I also have something I could do for you but only if you wish it and if we can explain it" Severus was intrigued so he gestured for him to continue " I can remove the dark mark. After I shut myself in Grimmauld Place I was studying a lot in the Black Library and found out a very old praseltounge book that described a loyalty mark you could say and it's actually very easy to erase but only be a praselmouth. So how about it?" Now Severus was speechless and it takes a lot to make him speechless but thinking it over he would be happy not to have it also easier if he was to be the magical guardian " I would like for you to erase it, it will be easier for us without it but if the Dark Lord ever comes back I'm going to side with him if he means you no harm. We can say to Dumbledore that since the Mark was to be to these loyal maybe it faded because my loyalty vanished." Taking Severus left hand Harvey stared to hiss *loyal serpent of the dark, this one did his duty leave him.*
The serpent on the Mark started to shift and after a minute of pain the arm was bare. Severus was looking at it with awe and relief finally hugging his godson. Afterwards they spent the rest of time talking about Harvey's plans and to know each other better. At 13:30 pm. Severus needed to go back for his classes.
