I was sleep until I heard joseph start crying. I heard a loud thud and shot up. I grabbed my gun and walked into his room
Mattia was rocking him back to sleep.
"H-how did you get out"
"I payed one of the officers" he said still focused on joseph
"Mattia you need to leave you cant be here"
"Its my son too I should be able to see him" he looked at me
I sighed "30 minutes then you leave"
He nodded and I walked out.
"Wait"
"What?" I walked back in
"Stay.. I want all of is to be here"
"Mattia you shouldnt even be here and if you think I'm gonna stay in the same room with you got me really fucked up"
"please.. for Joseph"
I rolled my eyes and sat infront of him. He kept staring at me, and then I realized I was in my bra and some booty shorts.
"Stop staring" I glared at him
"Sorry" he said looking back at joseph
It was quiet for a little while until he spoke up.
"You know you dont need your gun.. I'm not gonna do anything" he said
I put it in my lap and looked at him
"better?"
"I guess.."
It had been 20 minutes of and awkward silence.. like it was awkward.
"So I see jaydens alive.."
"And I see your hanging around cynthia"
"Yea.. were back together"
"Uhuh.. you have 10 minutes"
"Maybe I could st-"
"No"
"You didnt even let me finish" he frowned
"I dont care, no"
"Let me finish atleast"
"Fine"
"Can I stay the night"
"No"
"Y/n I dont feel like walking home please"
"That sounds like a personal problem just walk back to jail it's not that far from here"
"Y/n" he gave me a straight face
"What you think I'm playing?"
"Yea.."
"And will you look at that it's been 10 minutes" I took joseph from him and laid him back in his crib.
I turned around and mattia stood right infront of me, blocking me from going anywhere.
"Mattia move" I said sternly
"You know I still love you.. I couldn't stop thinking about you and the baby.. I missed you.." he whispered
"And I bet cynthia misses you too" i crossed my arms over my chest
"Y/n-"
"Bye mattia" i pushed by him
He pushed me back on the wall and put his hands on both sides of me.
"Why dont you love me anymore.. what did I do y/n"
"You cheated!" I whisper yelled
"I just want to try again with you.. please I want to be there for my son watch his first soccer game take him to school everyday watch movies with him"
"Ok fine we'll have a schedule you get him one week I get him another week, there!"
"No.. i want you there with us too I dont want to make him live with his parents hating eachother"
"You brought this upson yourself the moment you stuck your dick inside of cynthia"
"Y/n please.."
"You need to go.. I cant look at you right now"
"I'm not leaving you.. I'm not leaving my family.."
"Mattia get the fuck out" I put my gun on his chest
"You wont"
I cocked it back making it make a click sound. I out my finger on the trigger and glared at him.
"Do it I dare you"
I was close to pulling it until he snatched it out my hand and threw it on the floor. He grabbed my wrist and slammed me against the wall with my hands above my head.
"I didnt want it to end up like this.. you were really gonna kill me?"
"Yea I was and i wouldve let you bleed out and let Joseph watch too"
He let go of me and chuckled.
"So that's how its gonna be?"
"Yea now leave before I hurt you"
"Y/n you know you won-"
I punched him righ on his cheek causing a small cut and a bruise
He wiped his jaw and the cut and glared at me.
"I deserved that" he nodded
"Please go.. just leave"
He looked at me for a second then kissed me.
I phased into it for a minute then slapped him.
"Leave mattia" I pointed to the window
"Please let me stay.. just one night"
"Oh my GOD fine just in the guest bedroom far away from my room"
He nodded and walked out. I picked up my gun and walked back to check on joseph. He was laying down asleep. I walked out and turned off the light.
I went back into my room and sat on my bed. I couldn't sleep so I turned on my TV and watched big mouth.
It was about and hour later and I heard a knock on my door.
"Yes?"
"Can i come in" mattia said with a raspy voice
I groaned and walked to the door. I opened it and mattia stood there with tears in his eyes.
"C-can I sleep with you.."
"No"
"Please y/n" he pouted
I rolled my eyes and let him in. He walked in and sat on my bed.
"Here" i tossed him some sweats and boxers from my drawer
He walked into my bathroom and took a shower while i sat back in my bed finishing my show.
Mattia had finished and walked out and layed next to me. I out a pillow in between us and he looked at me confused
"You stay over there"
"But.. ok" he sighed

I closed my eyes and started to fall asleep.
I felt arms wrap around my waist and I hit mattia in his stomach.
"Ow y/n"
"I said stay over there" I said with my eyes still closed
"I dont care what you say.. I want you in my arms" he pulled into a cuddle
"Mattiaaaa" I groaned into his chest
"I'm not moving" he said
I sighed and fell asleep.
