Joseph still wasn't talking to me and it was a whole new day. We were still tied up in the same dark room.
"joseph.. you awake?"
"mom i said stop talking to me.. its getting annoying"
"I just wanna know if you're ok.."
"well stop worrying.. i can handle myself, just like how dad can handle being alone for 8 years"
"joseph how many times are you gonna bring this up, i know i messed up ok?! I know what i did it's hard enough that my own son is scolding me about it"
"You put this upon yourself.. not me, you deserve to be reminded everyday of what you did.."
"IM SORRY ALRIGHT.. im sorry i really am. I never wanted to hurt him, i did love him i really did. I loved him with all my heart, he was the only man who really loved me and i took advantage of it.. I hurt him, and i'll never be able to live with myself.. I'm sorry joseph.. i really am"

There was silence for a couple of minutes, and i just stared at the ground, thinking about what he said.
"..do you love him?"
"what?"
"do you love him.. do you love dad?"
".. i do.. i do love him"
"that's all i wanted to know"
The door busted open, and sebastian walked in with a bunch of guys.
"rise and shine" he grinned
"what do you want with us?" i asked
"Eh it's a little trade thing, or a scam sorta thing" he shrugged
"what are you talking about?" joseph asked
"what im saying bud is that your dad may.. or may not be coming to give me money for you two and when he does come this place is gonna blow.. with you all in it"
"your gonna kill us?!" i mumbled
"sure am.. then the gang your little dad is leading will be mine"
"You can't do this josephs only 8 hes only in 3rd grade and-"
"does it look like I care about your little family" he scoffed
"sebastian please.. please don't do this"
"at least you'll all die as a family, i'm pretty sure that's what the boy wants.. his family back together" he smirked and left
"so were really gonna die here" joseph said
"no.. no we're not mattia's gonna save us"
"now you want him back.. hmph"
"joseph don't be like that" i frowned
"what are you just gonna use him to get us out of here then leave him again?" he scoffed
"im done talking about this joseph"
"whatever" he scoffed
Mattias POV
"so hes basically asking for a ransom?" ale said
I nodded
"dude you act like you don't have a million dollars" kai said
"Duh I do dumbfuck, but I don't know where she is and that bastard is only giving me 4 days to find her, and joseph"
"or what?" mar asked
"He's gonna kill them.."
"oh shit.." alvaro mumbled
"do you have any idea where they might be?" ale asked
"I haven't talked to y/n in forever the last time she called me she was arguing if i've been seeing joseph and that's it"
"well then we have no lead.. none of us has spoken to her either" mar sighed
"I mean you've talked to joseph.. he has to know something" ale said
"what does and 8 year old know?" i asked
"trust me they know a lot more than we think they do"
"ok well.. joseph talked to me about how he felt all the time.. how he was upset he had had to keep seeing me in secret, and how he wanted to see us happy.. as a family.."
"sounds like the kids going through stuff.." kai said
"He is.. all because of me" I looked down at my feet and sighed
"dude stop beating yourself up" ale said
"that doesn't matter lets just.. lets stay focused" i looked at him
The door opened and luca walked through.. limping
"hey guys" he looked at us
Alvaro smirked and looked at him
"why are you looking at me like that?" he questioned
"what position?" Alvaro asked
"DAD" he yelled and his face went red
"Hey just asking" he shrugged
"bubba don't ask him stuff like that" ale scolded
"i just wanted to know" he pouted and laid his head on his shoulder
"i'll be upstairs" luca said and then left
I looked at ale and alvaro and sighed "how are you guys so happy together.. how are all of y'all happy together?"
"well.. we love each other" kai said
"How.. how do you love each other, without making kai, or alvaro hate you guys?"
"We'll leave for this one" kai stood up"
Alvaro got up with him, and they walked out.
"well.. when you put it that way, it's not like we don't fight" mar said
"so you guys get mad at each other?"
"yea.. but we always work it out, we talk about what we did wrong and how we'll make it better, or try to fix it" ale said
"so do you think if i tried that with y/n.. talk to each other.. work things out.. we could maybe there could be a chance.. a chance for us again?"
"Maybe" mar said
"Listen im gonna head out.. try to find one of sebastians hideouts.. i'll see you guys tomorrow"
They nodded, and i got up and dabbed them up.
"bye guys"
"bye" they said
I got in my car and drove off. I drove to y/n's house, and walked inside. I picked up the body, and carried it out to the alley in the back. I dumped the body in the dumpster and lit it on fire. I walked back inside, into her room, and sat on her bed.
I looked around and saw a picture on her dresser. It was me and her.. smiling. Something i haven't seen in a long time, before cynthia.. before jayden.. we were happy. One day of our lifes.. we were smiling.
