I wake up feeling all dizzy. I'm in what looks like a hospital. I see people staring at me in joy. "Umm hello?" I say. They all hug me. "Hey got off I don't know who you are!" I say. Their smiles fall off their faces.
"Just kidding!" I laugh. "Don't do that!" Gates sighs with relief. "We are so happy to see you Y/n!" Sadie says. "Yeah.. I'm what happened exactly??" I say. They explain aboiut the car crash. "Omg where's Mom?" I say. "She passes away Y/n.. I'm so sorry." Milllie says. "Wait what.." I say. I burst out with tears.
(1 hour later)
I finally stopped crying. "Hey where's Noah?" I say everyone looks at each other. "He can't be dead too.." I say. "No! He's not.. um Y/n he left." Chloe says. "What? Left where?!" I say. "He left the country. He changed his phone number and we have no way of finding out where he is." Gaten says. "What.." I say. "Sorry y/n..." Caleb says. "B-but we are going to find him, right?!" I say. "No.." Chloe says. "What?! Why!" I say. "We have no way of finding him." Millie says. "No, We are soulmates Millie! I will find him!" I say. I try and get out of the hospital bed but Gaten stops me. "What are you doing?!" I say. "You have to stay in bed y/n!" He says.
(1 week later)
"You are free to go Y/n Y/l/n!" The doctor says to me. I check out my name and leave. Now to find Noah
