92 - Narration

I let out a heavy sigh as I tilted my head from side to side to relax myself. It was aching because I'm already reading for hours.

"Are you okay?" napalingon ako sa mahinang boses na nagtanong sakin. It was Kisha, she was sitting beside me.

Kami kasi ang partner para sa case na binigay samin ngayon. It was all because of my stupid friends. Gusto lang nila ako pagtripan kaya ipinilit na kami raw dalawa ang partner. I wanted to smack all of their heads but I stopped myself. It's bad to hurt animals.

I nodded my head for her question and just continued reading once again. Napatingin ako sa phone ko at naalala na sinabi ni Savannah na magiintay daw siya sa labas ng building namin. I checked my watch and saw it's almost 5pm. Did she really wait for me?

I wanted to check it myself but I'm afraid that when I saw her waiting for me, I'd choose to take her home instead of finishing this cases. I need to finish this today so I won't have anything to do anymore during the weekends.

I sighed heavily then looked over at the other table. I saw Jungkook, Minghao and Yugyeom talking about something. Pa-easy easy lang ang mga loko. Tingnan natin next week kung makakatawa pa sila nang ganan.

"Hey," I said just enough for them to notice. Pati si Kisha ay naabala at lumingon sakin.

"Ano?" Jungkook asked with his smug face.

I motioned him to come close to me but he refused. Umirap ako at tumayo nalang ako kasi nauubos pasensya ko sa isang 'to.

"Miss mo na kami agad? Wow, clingy." Yugyeom. Hindi ko siya pinansin at tiningnan ko nalang si Minghao.

Sa kanilang tatlo, I can say its the safest to ask him the favor of checking if Savannah's there. I don't really trust Jungkook and Yugyeom with girls. They're very flirty that it gets annoying at times.

"Can you go and check if Savannah's outside our building?" I said in a low voice. Nakita ko ang mga ngisi sa labi nila Jungkook at Yugyeom pero pinili kong wag nalang silang pansinin.

Minghao's brows furrowed in curiousity. "Bakit hindi nalang ikaw ang tumingin?"

"C-Can you just go?" I asked a little bit impatient. Jungkook chuckled. And so did Minghao. Mukhang nagets naman niya ako dahil tumango tango pa siya bago tapikin ang balikat ko.

He stood up and started walking but he stopped his tracks and turned to face me again.

"Paano pag tinanong kung asan ka?"

"Did I asked you to talk to her? Didn't I say check? What part in there that made you think you should approach and talk to her?" nakakunot pa ang noo ko nang sabihin ko 'yan kay Minghao ng dire-diretso. I didn't even think before I said that. Ah~ pabo yah.

I heard Jungkook and Yugyeom laughing obviously enjoying the moment. I glared at them for a while then went back to Minghao when I heard him laughing as well. He was already raising both of his hands as a gesture of surrendering.
