Chapter 20

Ever had a dream where you find yourself dressed up as Elsa from Frozen and singing let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore?  Well, that was what I was going through as I sat on the toilet seat, constipated for what felt like days.

"I'd have brought you some dulcolax but I learnt the hard way that your poop can kill a person" Veronica shouted from the kitchen. Some sister I had. These were the times that I missed mum. She'd have rushed here with water and the dulcolax. I missed mum a lot. I made a mental note of visiting her later in the day.  Quite unfortunate for me, my phone rung, and even more unfortunate was the fact that Xavier was calling. I waited for it to cut, but then he called again. I tried pushing one more time, but to no avail. Here goes nothing.

Me: Heyy

Xavier: Hey beautiful. How was your night?

Me: Perfect. Yours?

Beads of perspiration had formed on my forehead and were rolling down my cleavage.

Xavier: Same. I'll be going to tryout my tux with Damon and Jacob. I've chosen them to be my groomsmen. Have you chosen your bride's maids yet?

I could barely think of bride's maids as there was a large chunk of you know what stuck between my tiny puckered hole.

Me: Veronica and Regina.

Xavier: Are you ok? You sound out of breath. Out jogging?

I took a deep breath then.

Me: I'm actually in the washroom right now. (I whispered)

Xavier's rich laugh filled my ears.

Xavier: You're shy of telling that to the guy who loves to leave  the washroom door open when doing his business? Its normal.

Me: I've actually been sitting here for over thirty minutes. I'm constipated.

Xavier: W..........we........ Ok. I think I'll leave you to handle that.

Me: Sure thing dear. bye.

My grin stretched from one cheek to the other.

I ended up playing episode- choose your story, and it really pissed me off how I had to make some decisions because I didn't have enough gems. I made another mental note to let Veronica hack the game for me. Thirty minutes later, I was still seated on the toilet, playing temple run since my passes had ran out. There was a knock on the door, and I thanked God that he finally touched Veronica's heart to bring me the medicine.

"Veronica, come in, and you better be holding the medicine" I yelled. The door swung open, and I dropped my phone to pull my shirt to cover my exposed upper part as my jaw hung open and my cheeks were beetroot red.

"I don't think anyone could confuse me for your sister" Xavier said, looking hot in a turtleneck and a pair of jeans, with the dulcolax in one hand and a glass of water.

"NO..no...no....go ...Xavier don't come any closer...." I yelled as he took steps towards me. This was officially the most embarrassing day of my life.

He handed over the medicine and the glass.

"I'll be in the kitchen"

He did the most amazing thing anyone had ever done in my condition. He kissed me on the forehead before walking out. And we weren't even married yet! I could get used to this. No!. What the hell am I saying. I downed the pill and in less than ten minutes, everything came rushing out like someone had just used an enema bulb on me.
