Deceit POV; First Person (Ew)

I walked down the hallway, stopping outside the room Remus and I  share. I reached for the handle, only to jump at the sound of Virgil  screaming. I turned sharply on my heel and dashed in the direction of  the scream.I made my way to... The kitchen? What the hell?

I  walked up to where Virgil stood at the door and pushed him behind me. I  looked to what caused Virgil to scream. Red, all I could see was red. In  the red goop, sat Remus a table.

"Do you like what I did with  the place?" Asked Remus, twiddling with a knife in his hand. Virgil  grabbed onto my cloak, his body shaking with anxiety. I looked around  the room again trying to figure out what happened.

"Don't calm down, Virgil. You're not freaking out," I muttered to Virgil, putting my arm in front of him.

"Wait, wait, wait. What do you guys think this is?" Remus laughed  sadistically, licking some of the substance right off of the knife. I  scrunched my nose and pushed Virgil back.

"Totally not blood, what else wouldn't  it be?!" I scrambled out, voice raising slightly. Remus let out a  hearty evil laugh, throwing his head back. Virgil was practically  connected to my coat at this point with how hard he was holding it.

"Nah, babe! This is some ripe tomato sauce!" Remus said, popping the  'P'. Virgil stopped shaking for a second and my mind buffered.

"What?" I stressed the word, knitting my eyebrows in confusion. Virgil took in the scene with what we now know.

"How did you get it one the ceiling?" He asked, baffled. He let go  of my cloak in favor of crossing his arms. Remus giggled insanely and  shrugged. I took a few steps forward and looked around the room.

It was on the ceiling, in fact, it was on every wall in the room. I let  out a groan before stomping up to Remus. I smacked the back of his head  with just enough pressure for it to sting slightly.

"You're fully allowed in our room before you clean this. Come on Virgil, let's not go and get dinner," I said, turning and grabbing onto Virgil's wrist. He nodded and we went on our way.

"Don't leave me here!" Remus whined, groaning loudly when I closed  the front door(I already had my keys in my pocket because I forgot to  put them away.)

"We're not home!" I called, closing the front door behind Virgil. Suddenly, Remus came dashing into the entryway, two tomatoes in hand.

"OH S H I T!" Virgil and I screeched and ran for our lives, only to get pelted with tomatoes.
