TW: Heavily Implied Making Out, Cursing, Hickeys

(Old writing)

Roman walked through the halls of Mind Palace High School, making his way quickly to his boyfriends' lockers. Roman's locker was across the school; which he found extremely unfair. He had gone to the counselor about his locker several times, but to his annoyance, it wasn't ever changed. Logan told him to calm down because 'there are other kids at the school, it's not just us.' Virgil just laughed at him and teased him for being so dramatic.

Roman laughed to himself at the memory; somehow not paying attention enough to see that he was about to run right into another boy. The guy ended up scattering all of his notebooks and setting his glasses askew. The other students around the pair stepped around the books, opening a small circle for Roman and the kid.

"Shit, sorry." Roman kneeled down and started to pick up the books from the floor. The boy squeaked and squatted down to quickly pick up his books. Roman looked up to the boy after he finished picking up, only to see them looking at him already with a look of awe on his face- that Roman of course failed to notice. What Roman was able to notice on the other hand was the boys piercing blue eyes in a soft gaze toward his own.

"It's okay, I should've been paying more attention," The boy said, smiling at Roman. Roman snapped out of his little trance and stood up, offering a hand to help the by up; which he gladly accepted. Roman handed the kid his books and nodded to him with a smile- the usual form of see ya' at his high school. The boy smiled back at him and nodded, a small glint in his eyes saying something that else that Roman just couldn't define.

Roman walked away from the boy, a smile still planted on his face. Roman just couldn't shake the feeling of familiar butterflies in his stomach.

Logan and Virgil were holding hands at their lockers and talking when Roman finally showed up. Virgil looked about ready to combust- contrary to Logan who looked very very smug. Roman noticed something different with Virgil right away and started fussing over him; as Roman does.

"Where's your hoodie?" Roman asked.

"Not even a hello?" Virgil teased with a small smirk, still red as a ripe tomato.

"Where's your hoodie? Don't make me ask again." Roman repeated with urgency. Virgil's smirk dropped.

"I uh... left it somewhere..." He mumbled sheepishly. Logan's smirk widened, going unnoticed by Roman.

"You lost it?"

"No, I know where it is. I just forgot it there."

"Where did you leave it?" There was a pause.

"It's at Logan's." Virgil muttered. Logan imminently started chuckling.

"Oh... OH!" Roman realised and laughed, looking at Logan. "Did you two have fun?" Virgil put his head in his hands, quietly giggling in embarrassment. Logan put his arm around Virgil's waist with a smirk.

"Indeed we did." He teased.

"LOGAN!" Roman and Logan laughed at their boyfriend and cooed at his grumbling. Roman carefully removed Virgil's hands from his face and leaned into Virgil's ear.

"Meet me in the bathrooms during third period."

"God damn it Roman, now I have hickeys!" Virgil whined, trying to cover his collarbone and neck with his shirt. Roman smirked and took off his jacket, handing it over to Virgil.

"Here, wear this. Call it a substitution." Roman offered. Virgil took it with a smile and quickly put it on, adjusting the jacket so that it hid the hickeys. It covered some of them, but definitely not all of them.

"Your jacket is so big" Virgil commented, rolling up the sleeves. Roman scoffed and smacked Virgil's ass, earning a small yelp.
"Don't be fuckin rude." He hissed, Virgil chuckled and pecked him on the cheek. The creek of the door opening drew the attention of the two boys as the guy from earlier walked in. He sent them a quick smile then walked passed them to wash his hands.

"Oh hey, I never caught your name," Roman commented, Virgil looking up at him confused before looking at the kid again.

"I'm Patton." Roman wanted to smack himself.

"Oh! Lead of cheer! No wonder you looked so familiar." Roman chuckled. "I'm Roman, this is-" Virgil elbowed Roman and glared playfully at him.

"I can introduce myself thank you," Virgil looked at Patton, "I'm Virgil." Patton smiled.

"It's nice to meet you two."
