Tzuyu walks outside of the car with a visible smile on her face. She never thought that she was this obvious when it comes to her.
All this time, she thought she's good at keeping Sana from her household to avoid any issues that people would throw at them.
But Mr. Lim easily proved her wrong.
Entering the store with lighter mood than usual, Tzuyu immediately attracted the attention of people that was checking out some flowers together with the florist. Some were star struck by the newcomer's visuals, while some took a moment to whisper the supposed compliments to their friends that were next to them.
"Is that... Governor Chou's Granddaughter?"
"She's also the archery player, right?"
"I think she's also Mina's second cousin. You know, that cute ballerina?"
Tzuyu could only secretly bite her inner cheeks in disapproval. It was just a moment ago where she was all merry and happy. And now, she's back at being the same cool and calm Chou Tzuyu, thanks to the people who was giving her the title of being someone's family member.
"Excuse me," Tzuyu placed both of her hands on top of the counter. The girl who was in charge of cashier turns around.
It was predictable, but the look on her face was priceless since she never thought that Tzuyu would pay a visit to their shop.
"O-oh, good afternoon! What kind of flowers are you looking for, Miss Chou?"
Tzuyu looks around, the simple action made everyone awe in the background. "Just a single red rose." She answers with a hopeful face. "And please, bring me the best one."
The girl immediately complied to Tzuyu's request, afraid that she might disappoint the youngest Chou once she failed to meet her expectations. Tzuyu didn't mind the rush that the girl was getting into since she's also in hurry and running late for her first date with Sana.
A part of her wanted to tell the girl that there's no need to panic but the florist already brought the flower that she had just requested a few seconds ago. The girl breathlessly showed Tzuyu the red rose with pride. Indeed, it was the best since Tzuyu couldn't find any flaws to complain to her.
The rose looked impossibly perfect to her, just like Sana.
"I'll take it."
Tzuyu went out of the store together with the rose she had just bought from the store. She couldn't forget how the people inside secretly took a picture of her as she walks outside with a look of admiration from the flower she would soon give to Sana as a gift.
If this was a normal day, Tzuyu might've already gave them her expressionless stare to intimidate the people who was invading her privacy. But since today's a special one, she let them off hook to maintain her calm and cool look once she meets Sana at their meeting place.
Mr. Lim opened the door for Tzuyu, gesturing his hands to let her know that her seat's ready. Tzuyu slightly bows her head as she enters the vehicle while looking at the rose in front of her.
She didn't know why but she can't stop imagining the moment once she finally give the flower to Sana.
The youngest Chou didn't care if this rose costed more than the regular roses inside the flower shop. What more important for her is to see Sana's smile as she take the flower from her hands, appreciating her effort in finding the best one. That sight alone would be the greatest and most expensive payment she would ever receive in her entire life.
"Where are we heading now, Miss Chou?" Mr. Lim adjusts the the rear-view mirror using his right hand to see Tzuyu more clearly.
"The convenient store near my school please." Tzuyu looks on the other side of the window where the people who was once inside the store were now taking pictures of their car.
