"Duke's women and men basketball team will meet UCLA in the finals. The game will be held in North Carolina."

"Olivia Perkins steps down from vice-captain position and hands it over to Alexis Morgan. Alexis Morgan will participate to lead the team for their finals game."

"I am nervous." I stated the moment Dad pulls over in the school parking lot.

"Honey, you have played finals so many times... This is my first public appearance with you two." I shot a look at Dad, he's right. What's there to be nervous about? It's just the finals.

"Hurry up, I want to watch Cameron play." Dad says, getting out of the car. I roll my eyes and got out of the car. I got Axel down from the back seat and held his hand as we walk into the stadium.

The moment we stepped in, there is paparazzis everywhere taking photos of us. I am not surprised but just shock at the flashes.

There's so many people here tonight... I gulp and sit court side with Dad and Axel. The men's team will be going up first and I would have to leave in 3rd quarter to get ready.

"Tonight we have a special guest, James Morgan with his star athlete, Alexis Morgan!"

I look up at the jumbo TV and see the three of us on it, Dad stood up and greeted the crowd that's cheering for him.

Dad's used to this but I am not.

"Hello Mr Morgan, it's been awhile!" Cameron came over to greet my Dad.

I let out a sharp gasp.

Dad grins at him, "I hope you do well tonight, son. I always tell my daughter, be the player that coaches warn the team about."

Cameron looks over at me, "that's why she's one of the best players in the league." He open up his arms and waited for me to hug me.

My heart starts pounding quickly, really? In front of all this people right now?

What am I thinking? It's just a friendly hug.

Oh that kiss, the kisses that we shared over the past few months— stop it, Alexis!

I stood up and gave him a quick hug, "all the best." I pat his back and pull away immediately.

Cameron smiles and then wave goodbye to my Dad.

"He will be a good son-in-law—"

"Don't say that, Dad."

I left to the locker room with Duke leading 96 to 89 in the 3rd quarter. UCLA still stand a chance to win if they tighten up on rebounds.

I mean I am rooting for Duke, definitely... I am just saying.

"Look at this," Olivia pass her phone to me the moment I step into the locker room.

I look down at her phone to see a photo of me and Cameron hugging posted on instagram, it's captioned rivals giving each other a friendly hug! So sweet 😍

I pass the phone back to her and went to my locker with nothing to say about the photo.

Tania stand next to me, putting her shoes on. "Let's win this championship, Anne." Tania says, her eyes looking ferocious.

Wow, that added more stress for me.

"For Olivia." Tania added, saying it softly so Olivia won't hear us.

Soon I am on court in front of the huge crowd. I see some familiar faces sitting court side, Dad and Axel. Behind them are Naomi, Nate and Daryl. Beside them, a few seats away are Veronica and Jennifer.
