Soulmate AU where Loki, Stephen, and Tony are soulmates. Also ABO AU. Tony doesn't tell them though cause he's not only an Omega but he's also only human.

Ok Here we go

Tony's Pov:

It wasn't fair...Why would the Universe pair me with them? I watched Stephen and Loki spar...The two using their magic...Stephen was stronger than Loki though...You could tell. The Alpha's both powerful while...I'm just me. I could feel my marks burning...All I'd do is ruin them like I ruin everything.

"Hey, Tony." I looked at Nat. "Want to spar?" She asked and I huffed.

"I guess," I said and she grinned. I got changed and joined her on the mats...We sparred and I tried concentrating on her...

"Somethings bothering you." She said and I looked at her then saw Stephen landing...I watched him and Loki leave. "You still haven't told them?" She asked.

"Of course not," I said.

"Just like you haven't told anyone what you are." She said.

"I have a few secrets sue me." I huffed.

"Important secrets." She said.

"It's fine," I said.

"It's not...You need to tell them." She said.

"Why? I ruin everything or did you forget?" I asked and she stopped looking at me.

"Tony...I don't think you are like that anymore." She said.

"Sure...I'm sure Pepper don't think that either then?" I asked and she went quiet. "How is she?" I asked.

"She's doing good," Nat said.

"That's good..." I said and started to leave.

"You can't keep it a secret forever." She said.

"Watch me," I said and left...A week later AIM caught me leaving a meeting...Great. Kidnapped and held captive again...what a surprise. I looked for escapes as they moved me to and from my cell so they could you know torture me and what not so I'd help them with there experiments. They learned I was an Omega the second day cause my scent blocker wore off...It got worse.

Stephen's Pov:

"Just keep looking before they get back!" I frowned and glanced at Loki who shrugged. We walked into the meeting room and everyone stiffened.

"What's going on?" I asked.

"Uhhhh," Sam said.

"Not like Tony's missing or anything," Clint said and I froze.

"What!?" I asked as Loki tensed next to me.

"Clint!?" Sam snapped.

"We're looking for him," Bucky said.

"Any leads?" Loki asked.

"Yeah," T'Challa said.

"He'll be ok...He's been through worse things." Thor said to Loki.

"Accept you know him being an Omega," Clint said and I felt my eyes widen as did Loki's.

"What!?" Loki hissed eyes flickering red as Thor looked just as pissed.

"Shit...none of you knew that?" Clint asked.

"No!" Sam snapped.

"Fuck...Thought he would have told you guys by now..." Clint said.
