"Darling tera show hai abhi aadhe ghante mein aur tune mujhe mein kaisa hun puchne ke liye phone kiya??"

"Haan, wahi ja rahi hun.. but mujhe achha ni lag raha tha.. mujhe aise kyu lag raha hai ke tu kuchh chhupa raha hai mujhse?"

"Shehnaaz.. tu apna dimag lagana band kar abhi.. aur jake acche se show kar ke aa.. samjhi?? Shehbaaz kaha hai? use phone de jara.." Sid was trying desperately to get her off the topic..

She kept quiet..

"Sanaa???" HE looked at his screen checking if the phone was disconnected..

"achha sun meri baat.. abhi tu kyun mood kharab kar rahi hai apna bina baat ke? thoda kaam ka kuchh tension hai.. mein handle kar raha hu.. Mein isiliye tuze nai bata raha tha kyunki aaj tera pehla show hai.. ja acche se show khatam kar.. hum log raat mein baat karenge.. thik hai??"

"pakka?? Pakka aur koi tension nai hai? Tu meri kisi baat se naraj to ni hai??"

"Nahi meri jaan.. tu pagal hai kya yaar.. itna kyu soch rahi hai.. aur tuze pata hai na mera gussa? Tuzse naraj hota to ab tak sau baar pata chal jata tuze .."

She smiled at that.. She knew Sidharth and his temper.. "abhi bata de please? Kya tension hai tuze? "

"Please baby.. maan ja.. mein pakka bata dunga tuze baad mein.. aur itni badi koi baat hai hi nahi.. pareshan to mein isliye hu kyunki tu yaha nahi hai mere pass aur tuze miss kar raha hun.. isliye har chhoti chhoti cheej mein mera dimag sad raha hai.. tune wahi notice kiya hoga.. thik hai?? "

He somehow managed to cheer her up and get her off the topic.. But he was very anxious now and was dreading the conversation he knew he wouldn't be able to avoid after her show.

He kept pacing in his room trying to find the best way to broach this subject with Sana.. He knew it shouldn't be a big deal. He knows if she was here he would be able to explain it to her better.. but he was dreading the conversation over phone or a video call where he cannot force her to sit and listen. He was sure she would disconnect the call the moment she hears this, and it would be impossible to make her understand things.. and these thoughts were spinning his head..

His mom peeked into his room calling him for dinner and saw him pacing the hole in the floor..

"Sidharth? Kya hua , pareshan lag raha hai?"

"haan? Nahi nahi.. kuch nahi aise hi.. aap kha lo khana mein baad mein aata hun.."

"arre? Bataa na kya hua.." she came inside and sat on the sofa ..

"aaja baith idhar.."
Sidharth was not used to sharing all this with his Mom, or anyone for that matter.. he hardly ever shares his feeling with anyone.. but these days, because of this certain 'someone' in his life, he was learning to let go of his barriers a little..

"I have been really looking forward to this one project.. the director is great, the production house is one of the top and the song is just what I was looking for.. and finally, everything is working out perfectly except Sana's dates.. the producers are not ready to wait for a month. They have many projects lined up with different people and they want enough gap between two projects ..this series needs to go out in next 15 days.. So, they are replacing Sana with someone else.. "

"Arre to kya hua.. pahle bhi kiya hai na tum logone alag alag kaam. .usme itna pareshan hone ki kya baat hai?"
