Inevitable Part 25

He tossed and turned in his bed.. He couldn't sleep staying angry at her.. She had just gone for dinner after her successful show.. Her brother was with her.. she was in a big city not in any small town.. why was he mad at her then? Was he even angry at her or he was angry at the situation... was it anger or jealousy? The thoughts just bugged him making him restless.. all he wanted was to grab Sana and bring her home here in his arms safely tucked in the bed with him sleeping peacefully.. He would have given the world if he could just do that right now..

He decided to call her back..

She picked up in the first ring.. she was mustering the courage to call him back herself anyway but was not sure if that was a good idea considering the time in India and his sleep ...

"Hi... "

He just gave her a look his lips pursed..

"Baat kar na Sidharth please?? Mujhe bhi nind ni aayegi jab tak tu baat ni karega.. itni baar sorry bhi bol diya meri koi galati bhi ni hai fir bhi.. please mere liye maan ja.. "

"Tum kyu aise kaam karti ho fir.. tumne mujhe promise kiya tha jane se pehle.. tumhe to koi farak hi nahi padta lekin.. tumhare liye bas words hai wo.. sab salaa tumhare hisab se hi karo.. lekin tum kisiki mat sun na " his voice was getting higher again..

It was her turn to stay quiet now..

"ab bol na? ab kya hua?? Aur ye jo bhi Guru hai tumhara.. usko bhi akal nahi hai?? Itni raat ko kaun party deta hai .. "

"Sidharth ab bas kar yaar.. ho gaya na.. mein aa gayi na wapas sahi salamat.. itna kya ho gaya yaar.. show khatam hua to usne bola sab ikatthe khane chalate hai.. usme kya hua"

That irked him more..

"Thik hai Thik hai... tum karo jo marji ho.. kal se na mujhe call karne ki jaroorat hai na msgs.. mujhe batana bhi mat kaha ho.. problem solved.. mujhe pata hi nahi hoga kaha ho to atleast mera dimag to nahi sadega.. "

"Sidharthhhh yaar.." she felt helpless.. If she were near him right now, she would have just hugged him tight until his anger dissolved.. but from here she had no idea what she can do to make his anger go away..

"aur kya bata rahi thi tu thodi der pehle?? Kya bol raha tha tera Guru rehearsal mein? Haan?? Kal ek aur party dega wo?? ya kuchh aur bhi karega? " He was getting irritated with this guy for getting to spend more time with Sana now than him..

She was scared to even tell him what Guru had offered her now.. all her excitement about the news suddenly vanishing into thin air..

But she will have to tell him, because she might be busier than earlier for next few days with Gurnaam's offer.. It was a good thing for her because then she will have a little less free time at her hand she will miss Sidharth a little less.. and that will keep her mind off of his upcoming shoot as well..

"Wo rehearsals mein usne ek naya ganaa sunaya tha uska jo wo compose kar raha hai.. mujhe bahot pasand aaya .. to humne saath ga ke dekha.. to usne mujhe offer kiya hai wo album mein uske saath gane ke liye... wo abhi yaha studio bhi hire kar raha hai.. mere pass bhi 3-4 din free hi the.. to meine haan kar diya.. " she finished in one breath looking at him from under her lashes, her nails finding their usual spot between her teeth..

Sidharth did not know how to react to this news.. He was happy, he was irritated, he was proud of her, he was angry at Gurnam.. He decided so far the guy had not given him any reason to not trust him as such.. so, he can give him the benefit of the doubt.. but he will definitely be giving a bunch of instructions to Shehbaaz to keep an extra eye..
