Chapter 5: Another Nightmare

-Serena's POV

I yawned and woke up out of bed. Then I looked at the clock and realized that I'm 15 minutes late. Oh well guess I'll go back to bed, I'm the teacher's pet after all. They wouldn't care in the slightest. Just perks of being perfect.

If you're wondering how I got rich and famous it's because my dad owns the most popular casino in Unova and my mom is a professional actress, rhyhorn racer, and model. So yeah, they like me are perfect. 

Twenty minutes later, I decided to get up for real. Not because I had to, but because I wanted to see Calem and give some kids what they deserve. 

When I walked to class, I saw HIM. A boy with spiky black hair walking in the hallways in the middle of 1st period? Now this was a chance I could not miss. 

"Hey you, why are you skipping school, Ash Ketchup?"

He rolled his eyes at me and said, "I wasn't skipping school dum-dum, I was using the restroom."

Not to be out done I shot back at him. "We all know the REAL reason you were skipping school. It was to hide that ugly face of yours. A face not even a mother could love." 

For some reason, this seemed to piss him off. "Shut up Ms. Perfect. You probably wouldn't even be here if your parents couldn't buy your way in."

"Well at least my parents can afford it. If it were a matter of paying, your family would be left with no more then a penny to scrape by with."

I pushed him over and went off to find my boyfriend Calem. When I found him, he immediately asked where I was. I told him I decided to skip first period. He high-fived me and told me he saw a kid walking alone who looks too happy and we decided to have some fun with her.

When we got to her, she seemed over the moon. I wondered why she was. For some reason she looked familiar . She had a white dress, a white hat and blonde hair. I asked her, "Why are you so happy? And who are you?"

"Wow. Ms Perfect doesn't even know her classmate? Oh why would she, she skips half the classes. Anyway, why would I tell you why I am happy?"

"Because, if you don't I will make sure you will regret it. Now Fennekin, come out and use Ember if she doesn't tell us why she was happy."

"Ok, Ok fine, I will tell you. I kissed a boy who had strawberry shortcake on his face on the cheek yesterday and he seemed to like it."

I immediately knew who she was talking about, and for some reason I was really angry about this, but I couldn't let it show. Maybe it was because I have never even got kissed before, and I'm in a relationship. This b*tch somehow managed to kiss someone before I had! Outrageous! I said to her, "whatever b*tch" and stormed off.

-Ash's POV-

Would you look at that. Ms.Perfect hasn't showed up for any of the first three periods after our encounter. For some reason though, the teachers don't seem to care. My teacher informed me that we would be learning about psychic type Pokémon today. YAWN. I already knew everything about psychic Pokémon so I started to fall asleep. 

-In Ash's Dream-

Me and Lillie were in front of a coffee shop sipping on our espressos together. We were having the time of our lives, when suddenly she got a call from her mom telling her she had to leave. She pulled me in for a kiss that lasted about 30 seconds. She told me it was her first kiss on the lips. After all, this was only our second date. I told her I enjoyed it, and she pushed in her chair to go. 

She was walking down the street when suddenly a car came speeding by. "LILLIE!" I shouted, but too late. The world slowed down as I watched her turn in fear. The car ran into her, and I watched as her body exploded into blood, gushing all over the street and some even landing as far away as the sidewalk. "NOOO!" I screamed as I watched the love of my life die.

Panting heavily, I woke up and realized I was still in the classroom. I looked around and saw Lillie, alive and well. That dream scared me so bad, and the thing that scared me most was that it looked so real. Still shivering, I watched as the teacher passed out homework and dismissed us.

30 minutes later, I was still shocked about my dream. For some horrible reason, it didn't feel too far out there. After all 5 people I cared about had all died very near to me, some even in front of my very eyes (Sophia, Yellow, and Red). All I knew was that I couldn't bear to watch another person I love die.

-End of Chapter 5-

This series will most likely become very dark. As you have already seen by some of the past few chapters, death has been involved and will most likely continue to be involved. I am already starting to get some ideas for where the story will go. One thing I will say is that I am about 90% sure there will not be a main villain. There will be several antagonists, with some being very dark, but I will most likely give them arcs or something, although I haven't decided yet.
