-Ash's POV-

The day was now Saturday and my friend Alain asked me if I wanted to go to the Arcade with him, his girlfriend Mairin, Lillie, Clemont, and Sawyer. I of course said yes, as I wanted to see Lillie more, and I liked the others as friends and trusted them. I also learned that Clemont, Sawyer, and Lillie were bullied by Serena and the others, just like I was. Clemont and Sawyer because they were smart and Lillie because she was pretty, but mostly since all three were single.

We were playing games at the arcade, when suddenly I saw the face of nightmares. Ms. Perfect. She seemed off about something though as I saw her nearly in tears. I heard her cry to Dawn, " I left my makeup in my bag and know my face looks all messed up!"

B*tch no. If you can cry over make up, I'd hate to see you when you realize how messed up my life is. If you would even care. I walked back to my friends who were waiting for me, and Lillie wrapped me into a hug that I couldn't help but blush at.

-Serena's POV-

I can't believe it! I forgot my makeup! My day is now ruined, and I can't imagine how many people would laugh at me if it was a school day. I was at the arcade talking to Dawn about how I lost my makeup, when I saw a streak of raven- black hair go past me and a girl with a white dress wrapping him in a hug.

It hurt. I don't know why it did. Maybe it's because Calem never treats me like this, and instead wants me to sleep with him at night, but I refuse because my parents wouldn't like that. My sister, Bonnie would probably not approve either, but she might not even get it since she was so young and innocent.

My friends and I decided to go out for dinner. We talked about boys, makeup, normal stuff that girls would talk about. After dinner, I told my friends I had to go home. They offered to escort me, but I told them that wouldn't be necessary.

When I got to my house, something was off. My house was on fire, with firefighters everywhere. I saw my parents standing nearby, and luckily they were safe. However my sister was no where to be found.

I rushed to my parents to ask where my sister was. But I was not prepared for what came next.

"Honey, we were shocked by the fire, we were about to run to Bonnie's room, but her house was too far from the nearest exit" my mother said.

I ran to my dad as I realized what this meant. "Is this true?" He just nodded.

My house was on fire and my parents left my sister to die.

-End of Chapter 6-

Hahahahaha, I'm evil. So I decided to go dark for this story so be warned. Originally I planned for Serena to be an only-child but while writing this chapter, I decided to make her have a sister that will die. This should help set up the next few chapters quite well, but she will take a while to fully change. And I plan to be evil 😈, so be warned. I hope you have enjoyed the book so far, but I might not post for another few days :(. Stay safe and enjoy chapter 7 when it comes out!
