After that chasing session, We decided to rest on our building's lobby.

"Do we really have a trip today?" I asked, still not believing their words earlier.

"Do you think we'll lie to you?" Jay replied.

"If it's Cleo who said it, I might." She acted hurt and clutched her chest.

"Why, Yuri? Why?" She said. Her long arms extended to me. I just tongue-ed out at her.

"It's true. I guess you were so occupied yesterday that you didn't hear it." Cleo then stated.

"Oh, I was thinking about the album we—Oh shit." I immediately slapped my lips.

"Album, what?"

"It's...It's nothing." I shook my head aggressively. The two of them looked at me suspiciously but I just smiled at them.

"You sure?" I nodded continuously as an answer.

"It's nothing."

"Well then, let's buy some snacks for our small trip." Jay suggested. We agreed and followed her to the school's canteen. After being contented with our foods, we proceeded to pay for it and headed back.

"Gimme your geo-hazard maps." Our class president said as soon as we return to the field.

"Oh here." All of us gave it to her. Thank goodness, I didn't bring books today so my bag is just full of foods for our small trip.

After a while of waiting in line at the field, our school's buses came.

"Each class will be given their respective bus. Wait patiently in line. This small trip will be considered as a part of your Performance Task in some subjects." The student council president explained.

Our class got a blue bus to ride. We proceeded to take our seats at the middle. The seats can accommodate two passengers only so one of us must move back.

"Hey, Cleo!" The three of us looked at the source of that elegant and soft voice.

"Hi, Pat." We giggled at Cleo's shy voice.

"Mind sitting with me?" Cleo shyly shook her head at her crush's question.

"Great! Come with me. We'll sit at the back." She clung her arms into Cleo's.

"Take care of our friend, Pat." Jay playfully winked at Pat.

"Sure thing. I'm sure she'll enjoy it." The two of them walked away.

"What do you think will happen to Cleo?" Jay asked.

"I bet she'll be shy and stiff around her."

"How much do you bet?"

"A thousand." I proudly said. I know I will win this thing.

"Wow, so cocky. I'll call. I bet they'll be close to each other after the ride." She offered me her hand and I shook it.

"Deal." I smirked at her then. I'm pretty sure Cleo will be shy around her crush.

Our ride could've lasted for an hour if it wasn't for the traffic. It's one of the busy days of the city.

"My butt hurts." Jay said and rubbed her butt. I continued munching the chips I opened earlier.

"Stop eating already." I didn't mind her statement and continued to eat. This barbeque flavor is so good. I felt a hand pulled me while I was so focused at eating.

"Yuri!"

"Hmm." I answered not looking at the person who called me. My eyes widen when a pair of hands suddenly held my face and made me look up.

"This cute little kid." Vin's face welcomed me. She slightly squished my cheeks. I got some chips and put it in my mouth. I munched it while she's squishing my cheeks.

"So cute!" I smiled at her and she eventually let my cheeks go.

I continued eating and threw the garbage away at the trash can near us.

"Fall in line, everyone!" I quickly wiped my hands and mouth with the wet wipes I got from my bag and threw it away too.

We stood in line and waited for the student council president to speak.

"We are currently in one of the treasured places in our country. I want everyone to stay silent and listen to what the guide will say. Also, please put your garbages in the trash cans. Don't leave any single mess around the place. We'll go in by class so, stay in line." Soon after the students started entering. After some time, our class entered too.

I saw some moving mannequins inside. They're wearing our country's native wears. The guide explained some things to us and let us hold the mannequins. There are some rare plants too. The whole place is such a good place to visit for a history lover. They'll surely enjoy every little thing inside. The ambiance and look of it screams authenticity and greatness.

"This place is amazing." Jay whispered to me.

We spent some time there before we moved on to our next destination.

"Yuri!" The blue-haired girl ran to me and squeezed me inside her arms.

"Yes why, cutie?" I asked her casually.

"Nothing, I just miss you." She smiled cheekily.

"We just saw each other earlier." I said and tip-toed to ruffle her hair.

"But I wanna be beside you always." She pouted which made her look more adorable.

"We see each other everyday." I smiled at her and squeezed her cheeks.

"Can't I just tie you with me always?" I chuckled at her words.

"So tell me, you aren't courting me yet, huh?"

"I can do more than that and even if you answer 'yes' to me, I'll still court you everyday." She smiled sweetly which made me blush.

"Stop with the cheesiness, you two. It's not cringe-worthy." Jay said while acting disgusted.

"Yeah right, as if you and CL aren't like this always." I rolled my eyes at her but she just laughed.

"You got me." She lift her hands in the air, surrendering. "But hey, we are a couple and you?" She looked at both of us. I just leaned on Vin's chest and listened to her heartbeat.

It's like a music to me. Her heart that beats at the same time as mine. I feel her warmth as she secure me with her arms. It seems like my world has stopped at the moment when she kissed me on my forehead.

"Are you okay?" She asked me with her soft yet deep voice.

"Yes, I'm perfectly fine." I smiled at her as I answer.

"Good to know. I'll go back in line. See ya later." She waved at me and ran away.

"So you're telling me that you two aren't a couple yet?" Jay chuckled. I just shook my head in amusement.

"Yeah, she told me to wait." I smiled at the thought of me and Vin being together. That surely is one of the best moments that can happen to me. Imagine, acting sweet and caring for each other in public without hesitating. Going on dates and making memories together. It surely is a dream to every girl out there. Luckily, I have someone to do it with. I'll just patiently wait for that time and I know when it comes, I won't let it go. I'll treasure it and and cherish it for the rest of my life. Because those moments, it will hold a great feeling in my heart and my mind. The feeling of being loved and being in love.
