It has been almost a month since the City Meets started. It's almost ending and I can proudly say that I'm competing for the championship. Today is my last fight and tomorrow is our monthsary.

I haven't seen her for the past few days because of my busy schedule. After the City Meets, we'll be having the Provincials. Which means that if I won the title, I'll be able to compete in the Regionals.

"You ready, Choi?" Coach Hwang asked.

"Yes, coach!" I wore my mouth piece as I walk to the center of the mattings facing my opponent.

"It's you again, stupid 'ace' of that shitty blue school." Here she comes again, trash talking.

"Enough with the trash talking. Fight me, you red-headed ass." The referee blew his whistle for her. A violation, I see.

I smirked at her and the referee started the fight. Being an ass as she is, she attacked first. What an ill-tempered human, she's worse than me.

She tried to give me a kick on my head, again. But instead of sweeping off her foot like last time, I jumped high and kicked her face. She fell on the floor, unconscious again.

"What an awesome one-kick knock-out we got there?!" The commentator sounded very shocked. The crowd cheered and my team mates ran to me as soon as my name was announced as the champion. I received another gold medal and a trophy with a certificate. The official awarding ceremony will be tomorrow.

"Congratulations!" The whole team shouted at me. They literally squeezed me at the mattings.

I have earned a total of 17 gold medals for this tournament, another one will be given tomorrow. I smiled widely as I wander my eyes around the whole place. But it faded when I saw a certain girl laughing with a guy.

"Vin..." I whispered. She's at the middle part of the bleachers with Soobin. Laughing and smiling at each other. I felt a pang in my heart. My tears threatening to fall but I blinked my eyes for a few times and looked at my team mates instead.

"Let's celebrate!" Coach Hwang shouted. We all ran outside and hopped inside our school bus with our belongings. I sat at the corner with airpods on both of my ears while leaning on the window.

"Got a problem, bud?" Jay removed one of my airpods.

"Nothing." I looked away.

"Okay, I'm just here if you need someone to talk to." With that, my tears fell. I told her what I saw.

"Hush now. The gang will surely beat some sense on her." She hugged me and I felt some presence with us. I looked up and saw Cleo, CL, and Kath.

"We got your back, Yuri." Cleo patted my back.

"Thank you." My tears continued to fall.

"Eat up!" The girls offered me food. We're currently at a barbeque house, celebrating. But I don't feel like it, my mind is wandering off.

"Stop thinking for a while, Yuri! Celebrate!" I smiled at Jay's words and did as told.

"Yuri?" A familiar hugh-pitched voice called my name. I looked at the source of it and saw Nayeon-unni.

"Unni!" She goes to me and sat beside me.

CL and Kath looked like they saw a ghost as they stare at Nayeon-unni.

"Oh girls, this is Nayeon-unni, my cousin Nayeon-unni, these are my taekwondo gang." I introduced. Jay and Cleo were casually eating but the two junior students are awestrucked.
