That week went fast as usual. The classes have started except for the Senior High School, and College students. I sat straight at my bed and looked at the time. It's just 9 o'clock in the mor—Oh my gosh! I jolted from the mattress and entered the bathroom. I enjoyed my bath and went out of the bathroom after almost an hour. I chose some clothes to wear. I settled with a black sweatpants and pink hoodie that I paired with a denim jacket. I also slipped-in a pair of white Jordan basketball shoes. I don't like wearing girly clothes, it makes me uncomfortable. I blowdried my hair and put the necessary things in my backpack. I also grabbed a black cap and headed to the dining room.

"Heading somewhere, child?" Mama asked me as I sat on the chair.

"I'm gonna enroll myself today, Mama." I said and started to munch my food. After eating, I headed out and walked to school. I went to my old classroom and saw our adviser giving out our report cards. After receiving mine, I waited for my two dork friends and we followed the steps in enrolling.

"Aren't you feeling cold?" Mav asked as she shiver.

"Nope. You wore thin clothes that's why you're shivering. Christmas just ended, it's obviously still cold." I said and she rolled her eyes jokingly.

We knew what class we are in right after we enrolled. Sadly, they aren't my classmates anymore. I'm in the same class as Jay and Cleo are in, now. After checking it, I turned my back at the bulletin board and walked away. I'm really not feeling good ever since Vin told me that they're gonna move abroad. I felt my phone vibrated in my pocket. I took a peek and saw the blue-haired girl's name.

'Let's eat lunch together. Wait for me at the canteen's entrance.'

Her message was very simple but it made my heart skip a beat. I really have fallen for this girl.

I replied with a simple 'See ya' and made my way to the entrance. Some recognized me and waved at me at the entrance. After standing there for a few minutes, that familiar blue-haired girl walked to me while smiling. My heart went wild and beat loudly. I thought it will jump out from my chest because of thumping so hard and loud.

"Let's go in." I felt my cheeks blush as she held my hand and pulled me inside the canteen. We sat at the empty seats after getting our food. We ate in silence and talked right after finishing.

"I haven't seen you in a week. I missed you, Yuri." That made my heart melt.

"I missed you too. You'll see me again next week." I teased her.

"Oh come on, I don't think I'll survive if I'm not gonna see you for a week again." She said and leaned her head on the table. I smiled at her antics and removed my denim jacket. I folded it neatly and slid it inside my bag so it won't be empty anymore.

"Wait, is that my hoodie?" My eyebrows knitted with what she said.

"Nope, this is mine." I said confidently.

"Oh well, I think our hoodies are identical." She said and pulled my hand to play with my fingers.

"What's with my hand?" She shook her head in response.

"I just love the warm feeling of your hands in mine." She never failed to make me blush.

"Oh my gosh! Look it's Je!" She squealed when her crush passed by. I felt my shoulder sunken when I heard her mention her crush. Who am I? I'm just an Unni to her that's why she's so sweet and kind to me. Her crush is Jennie Kim a.ka. Je and I'm like a freaking potato compared to her visuals, talents and intelligence. Her over-flowing charisma is felt as she pass by our table.

"Hey babe." I saw Vin's smile disappeared as Je greeted her girlfriend. I can feel her sadness. I squeezed her hands that made her look at me. I smiled at her making my eyes curve. I saw her whisker-like dimples as she smiled back at me.

"Don't be sad, Vin. You'll find someone else." She covered her mouth after I say those words.

"It's the first time you call me by my name." Her mouth gaped. I shook my head at her silliness but it's true. We've known each other for months but today is the first time I called her by her name.

"What? Should I call you like that more often?" I asked her.

"I'm fine with anything, if it's you who'll call me that." I'm a blushing mess right now. I can't even look her in the eyes.

"Oh, someone's blushing." She teased me which earned a smack.

"You really like to hurt me, Yuri." She faked it and held my hand onto her chest.

"When did I hurt you?" I asked her and she inhaled sharply before speaking.

"You hurt me by pinching me, smacking me, slapping me, and choking me jokingly but you kiss away the pain that I feel, emotionally. How can you do that? Instead of feeling hurt with your actions, I feel warmth and affection." She stared at me directly but I looked away since I can feel my cheeks heating.

"You asked me once if I have ever been in love and I answered you, yes. Do you wanna know who that is?" I start to feel a pang on my chest for I know that it won't be my name.

"It's you." I felt my world stop with that sudden confession. I felt my cheeks heated and a smile crept in my face. I never knew she—

"Yuri?" I looked at the girl in front of me.

"You're spacing out again." She said and shook her head.

"Uh, what were you saying?" I asked her.

"I was asking if what kind of drink would you want."

"I'm fine with water, thank you." I said and she stormed off her seat to buy drinks.

I face palmed as I think of what I just had in my mind earlier. Oh gosh, how can I think about that kind of things. But how I wish it was true. How I wish I was the one she love. How I wish I was the one that make her smile. How I wish I was the one that make her happy. How I wish I was the one.

I sighed at my hopeless romantic ass. I munched my food as I think of my hopeless ass.

"Oh sorry."

"It's fine."

"Here you g—wait, I've seen you before right? You're the famous Vin Shin."

"Oh that, I'm not worth of that fame."

"I saw you perform and I am totally amazed by it."

I heard those familiar voices at my back which made my hope drop a lot more. It's her talking to her crush.

"Oh my gosh, silly me. I haven't introduced myself yet, I'm Je short for Jennie Kim."

"Nice to meet you."

"Me too, sorry to cut this short but I must get going."

"It's fine."

I heard footsteps so I quickly composed myself.

"Oh my gosh! Je just talked to me, I'm gonna collapse catch me." She exclaimed which made me laugh dryly.

"Yeah, I heard you two. You were literally at my back." I said trying to warm her up.

"I'm seriously so shocked that she knows me, like oh my gosh! Jennie Kim knows who I am!" She squealed but I can't help it. My heart started to ache and my tears are almost falling. I quickly took my bag and the bottled water she bought for me before I ran off.

Oh God, I never thought that loving you can be this painful.
