I gulped as I read the message in a sticky note left at our gate. I roamed my eyes and saw him behind a white van, smiling crazily.

"Hey, what's that?" Jay grabbed the paper from my hand and teared it apart after reading it.

"Let's go." I noticed that she have some of our juniors—from out taekwondo team—with her.

"You okay?" Vin held my hand and caressed it. I nodded unconsciously as I get lost in her mesmerizing eyes.

We walked to the school silently. I'm standing in the middle. Vin is on my right side, Jay on my left side, Cleo at my back then Kath and CL walking in front of me. Our juniors are lined-up in their sides and front.

"Thanks." Jay told the juniors as we reached our building.

"Anytime!"

"No problem!"

They replied at the same time. We just waved at them as they enter their respective rooms.

Jay, Cleo, Kath, CL and Vin are the ones left with me. They stood at the same position earlier until we reached our classroom.

"Thank you!" Jay kissed CL's cheek and ruffled Kath's hair. Then she slap Vin's arm jokingly.

"That hurts." Vin acted as if she's hurt.

"Yeah right. We'll take it from here. Be careful on the way, don't fall from the stairs." We laughed at Jay's remark. Je and her gang immediately asked us about some updates as soon as we took our seat.

"Yuri's father will seek some help from his niece named Summer." Jay doesn't know her since she rarely step on our house.

"Oh, Is she a detective or what?"

"She's a gang leader." Their mouth gaped with my answer.

I was filled with fear and somehow felt protected by my friends.

"Do you want to eat?" Cleo asked me as our break time came.

"Not really." We remained at our seats and just talked about some stuffs to kill time. We got no classes anymore but are required to go to school.

"Wait, you mean Kai—one of Yuri's cousins—is your ex?!" We looked at Je in shock. I didn't know about that, Kai-oppa didn't tell me anything about it.

"Yeah, but we split up when we both realized that we love our best friends more than we loved each other." She casually answered.

"Kyungsoo-oppa?" I asked her.

"Was him the one with 'Do' as his surname?" I nodded at her question. "Yeah, he is." She added.

"Kai-oppa never mentioned anything to me." I'll smack him next time. How could he hide this to me, I thought we're close.

"What about you Rosé?" I curiously asked as she and JS remained silent. JS have her headphones on, lost in her own world.

"I..." She glanced at the girl beside her before continuing. "I am hopelessly inlove with a numb person who happened to sit beside me."

"What's with the person beside you?" We looked at JS as she remove her headphones. "I didn't quite get it." She added.

"I told them that the one beside me is so charismatic and pretty." Rosé just replied.

"Oh, I know—"

"I'm talking about Je." Rosé said before JS can even flip her hair. We laughed at JS' reaction.
