Music was playing in the background as both me and Claude were staring blankly at each other.

None of us had ordered anything, and there was nothing else to do.

I wanted to leave but I couldn't.

'We came here because it was boring back there but its boring here too,' Claude groaned. 'Let's just go,'

'We can't,' I reminded him 'We can't without Lee and Josie.'

'They seem to be enjoying themselves,' he pointed at a table that was engrossed with laughing people including Josie and Lee.

A song came on that I recognized.

I listened carefully.

It was Fire and Fury by my favorite band Skillet.

I found myself dancing along to it until I finally began to quietly sing along.

'...you can stop the aching, 'cause your the one I need! I will burn, I will burn for you! With fire and fury, fire and fury-'

I looked over to Claude, who was staring wide eyed at me.

'You know this song too?' He asked.

'Yeah, Skillet is my favouri-'

Claude started to sing along really loudly. A few people even turned around and looked at us before turning back.

Then the strangest thing happened. I began to sing along with him, too. Really loudly.

It didn't feel like anyone was watching us, like it was only us two in the room.

'My heart hurts, my heart hurts for you! Your love burns within me-'

'-with fire and fury,' I finished.

We were sitting face to face, singing along with all our might. The song had almost finished as we sang the last verses.

'Let it all burn down to dust! Can't break the two of us! We are safe in the strength of love!'

Claude suddenly stopped, red from all the loud singing.

'We aren't supposed to draw attention,' he whispered, looking around. People had stopped noticing us.

'You sing well,' I admitted.

'You too,' he replied, smiling.

We looked around, double checking that no one was watching us.

'Do you want to get a drink?' He asked.

'I don't drink alcohol,' I replied.

He left the table without me, ordering himself a drink.

I followed him there.

'Fine,' I sighed 'just one glass,'

Claude ordered another drink.

I held my nose and took a sip. Not bad.

I chugged the rest down.

'Can I have another?' I asked Claude. He had barely finished his own drink.

'Should I finish that for you?' I asked snatching the glass anyway and finishing it in one gulp.

I was beginning to feel a little dizzy.

'One more?' I asked the bartender.

Claude glared at me.

(A/N I don't own Skillet or their song Fire and Fury just to let ya know.)
