It was the last week of school.

People were exchanging Christmas gifts with each other and the teacher were trying to assign less homework for the holiday. Some of them, anyway because I ended up getting  three sets of holiday homework.

On Thursday, I had to start packing so I could stay at the Helstons for the the winter break.

I packed lots of clothes and Christmas sweaters.

There were rumours that Claude wasn't going home this Christmas. Yay! It'll just be me and Mr and Mrs Helston (and a few of their relatives that they'll probably invite but I wouldn't mind).

It was decided, I'll tell Ms Collin (my boss) that I won't be here for the winter break and leave the following day.

*Time skip to Saturday*

I went to the bar to inform Ms Collin. It had started to snow so every roof I saw had a thin sheet of white frost on it. It looked pretty, like I was in a snow globe.

'Of course you can go!' She said with a warm smile, 'here's your last pay check for this year, see you in January, dear!'

She handed me the piece of paper and I thanked her.

I walked down the same street that lead to my flat.

The sun was still up so I know nothing would happen to me.

Even so, I balled up my fists in case someone did try to sneak up on me, so I could punch them straight away.

I got out my keys and started to unlock the flat door. I moaned because I didn't want to climb all those stairs.

I felt a hand on my shoulder.

I turned around and punched whoever was behind me really hard.

I looked to see who it was but the person had crouched down, face covered with his hands and groaning in agony.

He finally got up still saying 'owww' under his breath.

It was the guy from my math class, what was his name?

'Why did you sneak up on me?' I said instead of apologizing like I should have.

'I just stopped here to say hi,' he replied still clutching his temple.

'What's your name again?' I finally ask.

'Its me, Allen. Don't you remember me?'

I slowly shook my head.

'We went to high school together?'

I shook my head faster.

He moaned ' I'm in your math class.'

I suddenly started to nod, remembering that he in fact was in my math class.

'Do you want to go for a walk in the park?' He asked

I didn't want to seem mean so I agreed. It was the least I could do because I did punch him.

The park was absolutely covered in snow, from the trees to the gravel.

I marveled at how amazing it looked.

I turned to Allen, who was look around too.

He had brown hair and green eyes. He was quite tall, but maybe the same height as me.

'So, what are you doing in the holidays?' He asked me.

'Staying with my family,' I said. My voice kind of cracked when I said 'family'. 'What are you doing, Allen?'

'I'm just staying here,' he replied.

We found ourselves walking back to my flat.

'I'll see you next year then,' he said as I opened the door.

'I'll see you too,' I told him.

He leaned down and kissed my cheek.

I was astonished. Why did he just kiss my cheek?!

I went inside and climbed up the stairs. I unlocked my door and stumbled inside my apartment, slamming the door behind me.

I searched my pocket for my phone and dialled Ayesha's number.

'She can help me,' I thought to myself as the phone rang on the other side 'she's good at these situations.'

Ayesha picked up on the other end. 'Hello?' I heard her say.

'ALLEN WILDE JUST KISSED MY CHEEK!!!' I  shouted at her.

'What?!' she exclaimed 'Allen from math class?'

'Yes!'

'Oh my god, oh my god, oh my GOD!'

'I know!'

'This is BIG'

'I know!'

'Did you tell Connie yet?'

'Not yet.'

'Do you think he likes you?!'

'I don't know!'

'I'll ask Connie to ask him,'

'I'm freaking out, Ayesha!'

'Deep breaths, deep breaths,'

I breathed in and out. Did Allen like me?!

If he did, he was probably the first boy to.

'Bye, Ayesha,' I said hanging up.

(A/N So Raven and Allen, huh? Do you ship it coz my brother certainly doesn't. Comment your thoughts, my readers!)
