Mike: it's kinda weird that will hangs out with max and el now and not us
Lucas: yeah but we're hanging out tomorrow
-later that night at the Byers-

Joyce: no problem guys
Max: el we have to study for are test common
El: ok, we will come say goodnight when we're done

-in el and Max's room-
El: I know we're supposed to be talking about history but I feel like the boys are mad at us
Max: who cares if there mad at us, they can't see if everyday of their life's like come on el
El: true, but it will be good to see them tomorrow though
Max: Are we hanging out here like in the room?
El: I guess, wills room is kinda small for everyone to fit
Max: el look at are room, it's a mess *laughs*
El: well then let's clean it
Max: yeah *she gets up to put her clothes in the laundry* Can I turn the radio on?

Max: *max turns on the radio to and uses her mixtape playing the song brown eyed girl first* I'm not cleaning this room by myself missy

*will knocks on there door*

Will: mom says we have to go to bed soon and what time is the party coming over

-the next morning-
Max: EL wake up, hello?
El: hey yeah sorry I'm up
Max: Joyce made eggos
El: ok now I'm definitely up
*they run down the stairs and eat then run back upstairs*
Max: what are you wearing el
El: I'll probably wear leggings and a sweater
Max: nice I'll probably just wear mom jeans and a hoodie, winter sucks
El: it really does, I can't wear anything I want to
Will: hurry up guys we have to go
Max: give us 2 min

Max: el it's 2:30
El: ok let me just finish my essay
Max: ok I'm going to tell will
-she walks upstairs-
Max: will it's 2:30 they will be here soon

Max: this is a lot better than living with my "real" parents and I don't know when I first joined your weird party you and mike I know didn't really like me but I just wanted to say thanks for not being mad about me moving in with you guys
Will: I would have done anything to get you out of that shit hole max, and plus I didn't dislike you it was just weird to have a new girl in the party
Max: well anyway getting of the topic we're hanging out in me and ela room when they come over so if you wanna come hang out with me and el now you can

*el hands her a letter from her bag*

El: it doesn't say who its from but it's a secret admirer, what is that
