Part 33- the walk

It was now 6pm and the Byers had just finished dinner.
Will: hey mike wants you to call him el
El: oh uh ok, let me deal with my plates
Joyce: I'll take them, just go call mike
Max: he probably only wants to call so he can suck face with you
El: ew max, what the hell
Max shrugs and el runs upstairs to go on the phone and the other family members clean up there dinner of meatloaf.  El grabs the phone and s mikes house, Karen picks up the phone.
Karen: hello?
El: hey uh is mike there?
Karen: yeah, I can go get him, MIKE
-at the wheelers-
Mike: what mom, I'm about to call Lucas
Karen: it's el
Mike: oh, sorry
Mike runs downstairs and grabs the phone and making sure his mom goes back to cooking dinner
Mike: hey el
El: hi
Mike: thanks for calling
El: yeah, why did you want me to
Mike: because your my girlfriend and I wanted to see if your ok?
El: yeah, sorry
Mike: so are you ok?
El: I'm fine
Mike: you sure
El: yes mike
Mike: ok well I love you
El: love you
Mike: can you put max on the phone
El: uh I guess, MAX GET UP HERE
Max runs up the stairs and el goes down to watch tv and she gives max the phone
Max: hello?
Mike: ok quick question, when a girl says I'm fine, is she really fine
Max: oh hell no
Mike: do you think I could come over tonight, like sneak out to come over later
Max: yeah sure
Mike: ok thanks
Later that night Joyce had fallen asleep and so did max, it was about 1 so will and el left about a hour early then they planned, they stepped outside and saw mike about to open the door.
Will: mike?
Mike: where are you guys going
El: on a walk
Mike: can I come?
Will: no
Mike: no?
Will: we're taking just sibling to sibling if that's cool, we will be back in like a hour ok
Mike: uh ok
El and will run out the door and carefully closing it to make sure joyce didn't hear it, mike walked up to Max's room and knocked on the door, she opened it with a confused face.
Max: what
Mike: did you not wanna go on a walk with el and will?
Max: there going on a walk?
Mike: yea? You didn't know?
Max: uh no
Mike: I don't wanna invade there space but do you wanna help me follow them, they seemed kinda worried
Max: yeah but you owe me micheal
Mike: fine maxine
Max: whatever, let go already
-el and will-
El: so where are we going
Will: I figured we could go on the school field or something
El: to do what?
Will: practice your powers
El: ok
Will: we're almost there trust me
El: I know
-max and mike-
Max: ok well where did they go
Mike: I don't know I didn't see
Max: ok well they said they where taking a walk, they could be at the quarry, the school, the woods, the pool, I don't know
Mike: why don't we check the the pool then the school then maybe the quarry
Max: fine
The 2 teens start walking to the pool and finally realize that el and will aren't there so they start riding their bikes to the school.

Will: ok just think of something that makes you mad ok
El: ok
And they kept practicing until els head hurt and they heard Max's voice coming from down the road.
Will: shit
El: well come on, we have to go
-max and mike-
Mike: did you hear that?
Max: yeah
The teens run to the school feild to see some branches on the grass in a pile but no el or will.
Max: Jesus, whatever I'm going home
Mike: ok, uh call me if there home
Max: ok see ya
Mike: bye
