Part 28- dreams

the next morning it was around 1am
    El sat up breathing heavily, mike woke up and wrapped his arms around her
Mike: el? You ok?
El: yeah sorry
Mike: Do you wanna talk about what happened?
El: no i just had a dream, it just felt so real, like he was there, right in front of me
Mike: Who, papa?
El: no
Mike: hop?
El: yeah, sorry, just go back to bed, i'll be right back
Mike: ok, wake me up if you need anything
El: ok

    El got up and walked to the kitchen to get a glass of water and saw will, he was sitting at the table by himself.
El: will?
Will: oh uh hey
El: bad dream?
Will: yeah actually, what about you
El: i had a dream about h-
    And before she could say anything she blurted out "hopper" and stood up.
El: wait what, how did you know
Will: i know your going to think i'm lying el, but my dream felt so real, hop he was there, next to me
El: i'm confused
Will: maybe we had like a conjoined dream
El: but that's not possible
Will: el we kinda dont know whats possible, were talking about the void, hop, the m-mind flayer, hawkins, el you never really know, i mean there a possibility he could be alive
El: but mom, she watched him die will
Will: its hawkins el, you never know
El: i guess
Will: we should tell me mom
El: no
Will: no?
El: if this has to do with my powers i don't want anyone to know
Will: el we could find hop
*mike walks out*
Mike: el, tell joyce
El: mike go to bed
Mike: no, you have to tell joyce
El: i can't
Will: why not el, we could find your dad
El: I could mess something up, he's not my real dad, I'm a monster and you guys have clearly seen that, I belong in the lab, ok? Just don't tell joyce, if we tell her and we try to find hope i'll have to use my powers, you guys saw i clearly don't have the power to use them, if i wanted to use them i'd have to call my sister to help and i'm not doing that
Will: max?
El: no
Mike: kali?
El: i guess
Will: kali?
Mike: els sister from the lab
Will: oh, sorry
El: its fine
Mike: then me and will can help you train
El: how
Mike: we will figure it out
El: anger
    *El walks away and sits on the couch*
Will: what?
El: anger, that's how kali helped me, you have to make me mad
Mike: What? No! I'm not going to make you mad on purpose el
El: then i'll do it myself
Mike: you will get hurt el
El: i don't care anymore actually, if i have to save hop myself i will, forget what i said earlier, i'm doing it myself
Will: el let us help you
El: go back to bed
Mike: one sec, will can i talk to you outside for a min
Will: yea
*outside*
Mike: what has gotten into her, her fainted after using her powers for 2 seconds
Will: she's going to get hurt if she tries to find him
Mike: i know, i just worry about her, she's been so reckless ever since she started going to school with us
Will: i know, i think are old neighbors had to do something with it too
Mike: like her smoking?
Will: yeah but she's never happy anymore is what i'm trying to say
Mike: she lived in a lab, her adoptive dad may be dead, she now lives with my bestfriend and my other best friends girlfriend, he powers are back kinda, she apparently has to use hate to use her powers, she now feel like she has to do this on her own, i mean like i understand why.
Will: then we tell my mom
*el opens the door*
El: no you won't
Mike: where are you listening to us...
El: no but you guys are taking to long
Will: oh
El: were not telling her
Mike: you don't have to try to find him yourself el
El: but i want to, so i will
